Quiet location, great facilities. We had a swim and hot tub every afternoon and enjoyed the friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the park. The room we booked had everything we needed to make basic holiday meals and was clean and comfortable.

Our room was warm and comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets for the colder nights. The bathroom facilities were clean and seemed recently renovated, feeling modern and fresh. Check in was simple and painless, with accommodations made for our later arrival time. the location is beautiful and peaceful, avoiding city noise while remaining handy to the city centre. We loved staying here and will definitely be returning.

All Seasons Holiday Park er staðsett í friðsælu garðlendi sem er 3 hektarar að stærð. The staff were lovely and made us feel really welcome. The pool is great and the dinosaurs kept my kids amused for the whole time when they weren't in the pool.

Featuring relaxing hot pools and an outdoor swimming pool, Rotorua Thermal Holiday Park is 8 minutes’ drive from central Rotorua. Comfortable beds in cozy cabin with kitchenette and bathroom. Bench and table outside for breakfast in the sunshine. Hot pools were a hit and miss in terms of being crowded, but even if crowded everyone was considerate of others and made room as well as bring not too noisy. Opening hours of pool and hot pools are great. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Depending on where you're headed - mountain bike tracks, having a car or relying on busses - the property may be more or less suitable for you. Check your needs in advance! No complaints though, would come back anytime.

Cosy Cottage Thermal Holiday Park is located in the heart of Rotorua in the Bay of Plenty Region. We stayed in a separated house with bedroom. We had all we needed for our stay. Well equiped kitchen, spacious room, comfortable bed. The Park has it's own hot pools. Which is very comfortable and relaxing after a busy day with hiking and exploring. The lakeside this time was not so clean, the water was cold and dirty, but we enjoyed the hot pool instead.
