We loved our stay at Don Ferrante. It was exceptionally clean, so many amenities like towels, gowns, slippers, beach towels.. the list goes on.
Every day our place was cleaned and we loved how nice and accomodating the staff were. The suite was beautiful and we loved it.
We had a private transfer to and from the station, where they met us with umbrellas and helped with our luggage. The receptionist walked us to our room and explained everything.. showed us how everything worked and offered to help with reservations and tours.
They gave us a map of Monopoli as it was our first time visiting, and circled restaurants, landmarks and places to go, such as beaches.
Our breakfast buffet was beautiful and always greeted and enjoyed every moment.
I recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be back again.
Thank you for an enjoyable and unforgettable stay.

5 stars for this hotel is a big shame. Couldnt avoid the smell of deepfried food, the constant noise of the toilet that didnt work well. It was horrible and above all a big middle finger to all the Masseria’s nearby with a 4 star rating. This hotel isnt worth 3 stars.
Cala Corvino is just 200 metres from the coast and its beautiful beaches. It features a swimming pool, tennis court, and air-conditioned rooms. It offers a gourmet restaurant and is set in its garden....

the staff was really nice and helpful,
we had a private apartment with kitchen, it was ok, good kitchen equipment and big fridge,
nice flowers on the balcony,
the region of puglia is very nice, close to nice cities if you have a car, from the resort you can make some nice hikes on the coast to the nearest cities - we recommend hike to Polignano al Mare with a designated trial on the coast (look for white-red marks)
can be good for families with kids and with a car;

During our stay, we visited Bari, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare and Monopoli. Monopoli was the best of them! Not that many tourists as in Polignano or Alberobello, beautiful romantic narrow streets, clean and decorated with flowers, the prices in restaurants were very reasonable. I would definitely come back.

Monopoli is a cute seaside town.
Monopoli is a cute seaside town. It offers a lot with nearby beaches, many restaurants and drinking places. It also has great connections to other cities. If you do not plan to rent a car, then it makes so much sense to base in Monopoli and explore other cities via train or bus. That's what we did. It is not a nightlife place if that's what people are looking for but still there are many places to enjoy a drink or a cocktail.

We are happy that we avoided Bari and instead chose wonderful Monopoli as home base for day-trips across the region. While Monopoli and the cities in general are clean and tidy, there is one general issue for the region: Garbage. It's everywhere. Plastic, glass, you name it, is all littered along roadsides and even on the coastal pathways. The magnitude is staggering and it's such a shame.

I'm very glad I chose Monopoli over Polignano a Mare as a base for our trip in Puglia. Taste is, of course, subjective, but I think Monopoli is the nicest coastal town around Bari, it has a fairly big old town with a lot of quaint streets to explore, plenty of restaurants and even a good stretch of rocky, cliff-y coastline you can actually walk on, peppered with a few small beaches. I imagine it gets just as busy in summer but in April it was less crowded than Polignano and overall feels like there's more space. It's also very well connected, ~ 20 min from Ostuni, ~ 5 min from Polignano, ~1h10 from Lecce, ~30 min from Bari all on the main trainline we used everyday.

A perfect place to spend your vacation regardless the time...
A perfect place to spend your vacation regardless the time of the year. Monopoli is very well connected with other tourist destination such Alberobello (by bus, near the train station) , Polignano a Mare (train), Matera ( by train, make sure to change the train at Altamura) and other locations.
The room was truly charming. Extremely comfy bed (best I’ve had in Europe! And I’ve traveled a decent amount), nice linens and a lovely shower. We just had the basic room but it was perfect - very nicely appointed. I would highly recommend staying here. The staff was lovely as well - and they helped us with our luggage on the stairs. It’s also well located for visiting the old city and close to good restaurants. We found parking on the square for free, but they apparently have parking also so that’s a bonus. 100% recommend!
This was, hands down, one of the best hotel finds that I have ever had on Booking.com! Staff were super friendly and accommodating. They booked restaurants for me, booked a beach club day, and even came to take me to the train station early in the morning. Included in my rate was everything in the mini-bar, which was a nice surprise! I could not have asked for a better place to end my 12-day stay in the Puglia region. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who asks about traveling to Monopoli area.
After a 15 days road trip, we stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It's a beautiful hotel on the seafront, with no beach but rocks and access to the sea via a staircase. The staff are very, very welcoming and kind. Very clean!
The food is good.
The bar manager (we've forgotten his first name) deserves a special mention - he's one of the best barmen we've met in Puglia. His cocktails are incredible! The Tahitians Reiti & Hiro
The apartment is new, modern and very comfortable
Comfortable beds, fast Wifi
Parking easy in front of the property
Monopoli is a perfect location to visit some of the best part of Puglia (valle d'Itra, Bari etc) and itself a nice city.
Property manager very helpful and available
Location is out of the city center. So quiet, but you need to take to the car or to walk 1,6 KM.
One of the best B&B we ever stayed :)
It's very clean, recently renovated and fully equipped with all you need to have great holiday.
Host is super friendly and serves Italian brakfast every morning with some personal touch.
Location couldn't be better for visiting of Alberobello, Locorotondo, Polignano and Monopoli but you need to have a car. Would recommend for sure!
Everything. It’s quintessentially Italian yet has all the mod cons. The original stonework is stunning. Beautiful decor, spotlessly clean and perfectly located for a stroll through old town or for a swim in the beautiful clear waters of Monopoli. The hosts were exceptional- giving detailed information on best places to eat etc. They were lovely people.
We highly recommend
The family who runs this adorable apartment with their son is
the absolute best. The father works as a chef teacher during
the day, and cooks breakfast and cleans the apartment after.
Their son is awesome, his parents teach him responsibilities
and taking care of the family business by cleaning and washing
dishes. Honestly much better than staying in a hotel.
Bath with hydro massage. great terrace overlooking the sea. close to breakfast restaurants. large comfortable bed. franseco has helped arrange everything from getting the best restaurants up to arranging transportation to anywhere in and around Bari. very nice man. The apartment is perfect for a romantic trip to Monopoli and more.
Casa Dari is perfect for a family stay in Monopoli. It is close to the centre and the streets with all restaurants and cafes and also a walking distance to the beach. The host Francesca was exceptional and gave us a lot of info as well as all kinds of amenities in the apartment. There was even an umbrella to take to the beach.
We enjoyed our stay very much! Host Paolo is THE BEST!!!! Very helpful, caring and a great person.
Apartment is new, very clean and is equipped with everything you need.
The location of the apartment is ideal. From the upstairs terrace you can perfectly see the sea.
Paolo the best!!! Monopoli the best!!

Great location when driving to Monopoli. Has parking and is located within easy walking distance of sites. Room was clean and roomy. Bathroom was roomy with good size shower. Large balcony. Owners were friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast.
The property is in a great location and the facility was very pretty and nice. It is in walking distance to everything you need in Monopoli, with a very friendly helpful owner!
such a great property. the breakfast is really good, the staff (katarina and co) are also a great help. the best bit is the pool area which is so hard to come by in Monopoli
great to be on the edge of the very oldest part of Monopoli - a short walk to the town beaches and the best restaurants including typical Italian family restaurants
Beautiful modern and clean apartment in the great location of Monopoli’s Centro Storico. There’s an excellent seafood restaurant right downstairs —Pugliami.
