Great location with direct access to Cascate del Mulino. Friendly host, clean room, good breakfast. Every apartment with private entrance. Available clothes rack dryer. Parking. Sunbeds and umbrellas in the garden. We enjoyed our stay and recommend La Fonte del Cerro.

The pool area is fabulous, as are the views. The food in the offsite restaurant is good and good value.
There is great peace at the Residence.
Breakfast was adequate and therefore good value. Staff were nice. Wifi was good, considering the location.
The Therme & Mill Springs are close by. Definitely worth going to the Mill Springs for dawn, when there are few people. Later in the day it is so crowded as to negate any joy in going.

Saturnia has been a lovely place to spend a couple of days.
Saturnia has been a lovely place to spend a couple of days. We visited both the official Terme di Saturnia, but also the wilder Cascate del Mulino and enjoyed both (in different ways obviously).
For the Cascate I would suggest going early in the morning on a weekday, so that they are not too crowded. While the official Terme are nice to be enjoyed at any time really, and the ticket to get in is not expensive at all on my opinion.

A relaxing break from the tourist spots around Italy.
A relaxing break from the tourist spots around Italy. Since you have to rent a car to get there we did not encounter many other Americans.
The hot springs is as beautiful and relaxing as the pictures and videos you see on social media.
There’s a quant town (Saturnia) down the road with a handful of restaurants and a beautiful square locals hang out in with the kids.
Also close by is a hot springs resort that you get a discount day pass to with something like 20+ pools and full spa that we spent the day at.
I can’t recommend this place enough.
As a professional photographer it hurts me a little they don’t have pictures that do it justice.

We didn't spend any time in the town of Saturnia because it is small and not much to do after we spent a couple weeks in Venice, Florence, Cinque Terre, and other Tuscan cities. We mostly just relaxed at our Saturnia Tuscany Hotel, the Terme di Saturnia Spa & Resort, and the Saturnia hot springs. It might be the most beautiful place in Tuscany and possibly all of Italy. Visit the hills of Saturnia if you want to relax and enjoy the beauty of what Tuscany is. We spent 3 days and it was completely rejuvenating after a couple weeks of being on-the-go. We also drove which takes the fun and exciting adventure to a whole new level if you are use to driving in the United States.

The Thermal Spa/Golf Resort for an afternoon was enchanting.
The Thermal Spa/Golf Resort for an afternoon was enchanting. The facility was large and reasonably priced. The sandwiches were delicious and the pools varied in temperature. The overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable, not far from our lodging. The town of Saturnia was quaint and closed up in winter. We dined at DaMario, quality food so worth it!
Very close to Saturnia Springs. They also had a discount for the parking at the springs (4 euro) and a discounted rate for spa services at a local resort (25 euro for each person)
Breakfast was yummy, staff was great.
Most of it is a farm-to-table breakfast.
Very welcoming. It was clean and quiet. Perfect place to relax.
staff suggested local events going on in the small towns nearby.
The property was itself was large, comfortable and beautiful and the setting was very picturesque and close to the natural springs and the lovely village of Saturnia.
The host was incredibly friendly and informative both about the property, the area, and things that we might like to do.
The property was well equipped with everything that a family might need.
Good location, walking distance to Cascate de Molino and main reason we stayed here. The place has everything we need for an overnight stay. Breakfast is ample, with croissant, cheese & ham, plus yogurt, coffee & orange juice. Don’t know her name, she was very helpful in contacting Saturnia de Terme for our transfer pick up.
Very very close to Saturnia thermal baths, few minutes with car. Room was simple, but nice, bed comfortable. I really enjoyed bathtub, it's not very often to find one.
Also, big plus that the restaurant is just downstairs! It's very convenient, we ate delicious dinner there.
Very pleasant room close to the Saturnia hot springs. The lady of the house bakes exceptional desserts that are available for breakfast. The breakfast itself is quite diverse and features local products. The room is extremely clean, and coffee and tea are available.
Rosetta was such a sweet woman and gave my wife and I such a great hotel experience! She let us choose which room we wanted and also made us a beautiful array of fresh Italian deserts for breakfast. It was wonderful and would 10/10 recommend to anyone.
Excellent breakfast and I recommend having the dinner, restaurant is cozy and the food makes you feel you are at home.
Hotel and location is very beautiful if you are looking for a quite place right in the middle of Tuscany, this is the right place.
Wonderful quiet location in the country, away from hustle and bustle, exactly what we needed to recharge for our continuing travel. Close to free hot pools in Saturnia. Accomodation was comfortable and clean. Helpful locals in nearby village.
very clean & comfortable. The hosts were so accomodating and kind. The B & B was so cozy and an easy walk to the small town of Saturnia to access restaurants in the evening. The breakfast was very good with a large selection.
A beautiful place in Saturnia located very close to the terme. It is a perfect stay to relax and unwind. The breakfast was really good and the place is very well maintained and clean. A highly recommended property.
Beautiful, quiet country setting. Wonderful breakfast with amazing views of the country side. Loved the proximity to the hot springs and Saturnia. Be sure to check out Saturnalia farm to table wine bar
Beautifully appointed rooms in a relaxed and scenic atmosphere. Amazing included breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff and hosts. Would certainly recommend while visiting the Saturnia falls.
We chose this place since it’s close to the Terme di Saturnia. It’s easy to park your car at the hotel, and the restaurant downstairs is great! We also appreciate the pool and the friendly staff!
Very spacy rooms, nice and quiet locality (in the middle of nowhere but close to Saturnia - 17 min. by car), great owner Roberta and delicious apple cake prepared for the breakfast :-)
