I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the decor. It was so peaceful and quiet. We felt like we were the only ones in the hotel, and that's what needed at that time. The staff went the extra mile to make sure that our stay was perfect.

Everything.
Comfortable bed, great shower, make sure the dial is at 10 to 5 for a good temperature.
Enough drawers and rack facilities for clothes and shoes etc. no need to bring towels, iron or hairdryer.
The kitchen has everything you need including ice cubes for your gin & tonic and a torch if you get back late. There is a custom made map on the wall. Thought this was a great idea to plan your trips. Central location to visit town’s country and coast.
Nicely decorated with some lovely painted artwork.
Stunning garden with beautiful ponds with woods and another pond at the end of the garden.

The staff were absolutely lovely..
The food was delicious and hot..
My only complaint was the over the bath shower.
As a disabled person.. it should have been wet room. Climbing into a bath was difficult and dangerous.. but the pressure of the shower was extremely powerful and enjoyable..the sunrise was beautiful

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom.
Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Front desk assistance was very professional and the cleaning staff does an impeccable job. If you want a great snack or meal, skip the bar area. Perhaps try something nearby. It didn’t appear to have anywhere to eat within walking distance, but the town does have various dining options.

the hotel (champneys) was amazing ,
the hotel (champneys) was amazing ,
the outlet village was excellent , very clean , lots of choice , great restaurants for lunch , parking was cheap at £2.00 for every 4 hours .
never ventured into the city centre so can't comment on that .
We loved the private quiet feel and view onto the small orchard. The hosts were very welcoming and on arrival we were greeted by beautiful flowers and a generous welcome pack, including their own home produced ice creams. Very well thought out and lovely decor - v comfy too. Access to the family's tennis court is also an added extra, with rackets and balls supplied on request. The location is great for exploring Kent. Thank you Sally and Robin!
A beautiful cottage in a great location in Ashford, just a couple minute drive to the designer outlet.
lovely comfortable beds, very clean throughout with all facilities provided I.e linen, towels, utensils. great instructions from the owner on how to find the property & gaining access with a good information pack inside the cottage explaining everything with useful information.
would definitely recommend & stay here again.
Stayed at the hotel after a family holiday to France and it was perfect for our needs.
The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful.
The hotel location was Ideal after a long drive with the kids and dog to rest up and even have a swim in the morning (without the dog)
The hotel is very close to other facilities in the local area to grab any supplies before we drove home. We will use Ashford International Hotel & Spa again
Beautifully restored listed property, and the owners have worked well to create a pleasant holiday home, with comfortable rooms, high ceilings and gorgeous beams.
Kitchen had more gadgets than you would normally find - ie air fryer/breadmaker/blender.
Location is great, close to town and main routes through Kent, but also set in beautiful countryside. Sadly didn’t get to use the tennis court or the bbq!
This property has everything! Large comfortable en-suite rooms, choice of breakfast …full or light, communal kitchen to microwave dinner if you want, lovely view of the Kent Downs, large outside lawn for playing, less than 30 mins to the beach!
We extended our stay from 2 to 5 nights and were happy we did.
Thanks Sue and Martin!
Fantastic facilities, spotlessly clean and comfortable and in a beautiful setting. Ample car parking and lots of lovely local pubs nearby. Perfect location for exploring Kent and lots of local walks to enjoy too. We'll definitely be visiting again in 2023. Thank you Andrew and family.
After a mix up with Ashfords , Delphine helped out getting my son and I to the correct Ashford! She was so helpful and friendly and really saved my sanity!! All the staff we met were lovely, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was yummy! Oh- and the towels were soooooo soft! ❤️
Wonderful retreat in a lovely part of Kent.
We arrived and automatically felt relaxed.
The hut as lots of lovely luxuries which make the stay even more special.
We would love to come back.
The host was amazing. The room was very cozy and comfortable with mini fridge. Would recommend everyone going to Ashford to plan there accomodation at Debbie's digs.
The building and gardens were lovely. The Spa was also good.
Gardens extensive and well trimmed etc.
Location was fine for a base to travel around Kent.
