Loved:
- The location: only 150 metres from the beach and sound of the waves from the room. Also very close to Middleton Beach and Bayonet Heads for amenities and five/ten min drive into Albany;
- The whole place was spotless and everywhere in the property smelt beautiful;
- Garden was beautiful with lovely water feature;
- Our room was beautiful, felt homely and smelt beautiful - care and attention was given by Joan to make it that way;
- Felt cared for by Joan and was also given privacy;
- Property felt like it was in a safe community

Absolutely gorgeous, I felt very fancy. Loved the rooms and decor, plus it was extremely convenient that I was in Albany to celebrate a 21st birthday party at due south next door. Perfect!!!
Also, had a room that wasn't water views, still got water views if I looked outside. Hell yeah

ALBANY is amazing.
ALBANY is amazing. We have visited numerous times over the past 20 yrs but the first cabin No 1 Rose Gardens at Emu Point was awful. We asked to be moved and for an extra fee we were offered much better accommodation which was lovely. The managers were friendly...however not happy that we thought the first cabin was dirty and run down.

art galleries, woodwork gallery, helpful tourist information office, food and coffee outlets. Visit the Vancouver Arts Centre for interesting installations as well as the historic old hospital building.
The Albany Heritage Park and National Anzac Centre are well worth visiting and revisiting - what a wealth of historical information in an engaging, interactive display! Nearby coastal highlights at Emu Point and The Gap and Natural Bridge are not to be missed. This is an area of stunning natural beauty.

Albany is beautiful especially at this time of the year. Loads of nice restaurants and cafes to visit. Well stocked supermarkets for some self catering. Plenty of places to visit and explore. Wilson’s brewery was our favourite place to visit. We went twice 😃Also loved seeing the chainsaw sculpture drive.

I actually came to Albany for 3 days after working so many hours the previous 4 weeks and just wanted to get away. I also wanted to do the Anzac War museum tour which I did I spent 2 and a half hours there and I'm not sure I got it all done. I plan to come down again and re do the tour
This is a well-appointed property to a luxury standard for a holiday letting. Good kitchen and laundry facilities. Great view to the water. We were pleased to have the heating on 2 cold nights. Close to the Albany "cbd" and still an easy walk to the shops. The information provided in the guest folder about Albany gave us the opportunity to do the self-guided historical walks in the town. This is a quiet cottage in spite of proximity to the goods rail line. Safe off-street parking at the front door.
Craig, the proprietor, greeted us and gave us a fantastic summary of what we should see in Albany with orientation on a map. Set us up at an excellent restaurant (Lime 303 at Dog Rock) and surprised us with hot tea and delicious scones after our first venture out. (BTW, If you are a golfer, the property is adjacent to Albany Country Club where the public can play quit reasonably.) The breakfast included was excellent. No negatives to this property in our opinion.
Easy friendly checkin, Location, ambience, surroundings, clean and cosy cabin with great shower and bed and was great to have a large fridge and a big container of milk on arrival - thanks Tonia and Stephen; It was quiet, easy drive to Albany; Great cafe nearby and lovely swimming area within short distance.
Everything about the accommodation was fantastic . Very comfortable, had everything you would need and more .Fantastic location .Our furbaby absolutely loved the big secure back garden .Would 100% stay here again . Would recommend anyone wanting great pet friendly accommodation in Albany to stay at Salt 112 .
We spent 4 nights in Albany and chose Kinsellas Waters as it looked a little different to the norm.
Great location. Very clean.
Catherine was most helpful and friendly.
Great base to explore Porongorup and Stirling Ranges
Lovely views and very relaxing
Only a short 10-15 min stroll into town.
This place is a surprise packet. A well thought out short stay hotel in a beautiful location - my son wants to move to Albany now! We felt very welcome, we wish we had more time to explore. I would definitely recommend Six Degrees to fellow travellers for a night or a few
The beach view from our neat and clean little chalet was breathtaking. Comfortable beds. We have enjoyed a most comfortable and enjoyable week in Albany. We will recommend Acclaim rose gardens beachside holiday Park to any friends and family travelling to Albany.
Suitable for a brief one-night accommodation while needing to overnight in Albany. Good location. Comfortable bed and decent shower, nice toiletries a bonus. Fair price. Street noise and micro-thin walls between rooms not so nice.
Great location with a partial view of the ocean. We didn't take the option of breakfast. Close to Middleton Beach and some cafe's, eateries nearby. A short drive to Albany town. All in all a good place to stay. Well equipped.
Very well organised hotel, beds are very confortable, the room - kitchen and bathroom included - was clean (as always, it was the 3rd time we came in 4 years). Easy place to stay to enjoy Albany and the coast.
The location was amazing, close to the beach and a great cafe as well as a fish and chip shop. Close to downtown when you need it as well as most places in Albany, highly recommend the place, very comfortable.
if I could give a his an 11 rating I would. It is charming, comfortable and breakfast and little extras fantastic. Sue is a wonderful host. If I was anywhere near Albany, this would be where I stayed
The apartment was fantastic. It was perfectly clean and spacious. The walking access to Middleton Beach is a great plus of this hotel. The staff were helpful. I'll be staying here again.
