It is not acceptual that you can't use the car outside the hotel although we have booked a parking lot in the yard. The time in the hotel I am a resident and I should be allowed to use my car. That has not been to told to me before the booking.HeinzGermany - 8.0Scored 8.0
It is a small island in the North Sea.
It is a small island in the North Sea. I was a bit worried it would be too cold but it was fine. The climate is very pleasant. In one week we only had one day with a bit of rain.The always present wind is not too bad.Ther are many toursits but it is not a problem.There are plenty of things to do.There are many restaurants to choose from.The historic little train is brilliant.Ferry connections to the mainland are frequent. Rented bicycles are the most popular means of transport but we just walked which was not a problem.Borkum also has a public bus and plenty of affordable taxis.

The hotel it's next to the dunes, in a quiet and peaceful place, in the middle of nature. Easy access by bus from the centre or the best option is to have a bike and take the trails all around the island. Incredible weekend!
