a very conveniently located hotel for short stays in Frankfurt when arriving and leaving by plane. The rooms are fine, not fancy, but the beds are very comfortable and the Sheraton has information for those who need to get into Frankfurt city. Also on site restaurants and all hotel facilities. Thanks to the Sheraton for the emailed instructions on finding the hotel from terminal 1 as otherwise it may have been rather difficult.

Located near central Germany, Frankfurt is not simply the beating heart of the country. It’s also the lifeblood of the European Union.
The German Federal Bank and the European Central Bank are based here, so naturally this is a city where commerce thrives. In fact, the skyline is so punctuated by skyscrapers that Frankfurt is affectionately known as Mainhattan, a pun on the River Main that slowly meanders through the city.
Lining its banks is Museumsufer, a district comprising over 20 museums including Goethe’s birthplace and the Frankfurt Historical Museum. Impressive views of all of this can be enjoyed from the tower of Gothic-style Frankfurt Cathedral which played an important role in the Holy Roman Empire.
In the shadow of the modernist architecture remain traces of quintessential Germany. The reconstructed half-timbered facades in Römer square are picture perfect, and the cobbled streets of Fressgass are always full of locals deciding which café to dine at.
Served by Frankfurt Airport - one of the world’s busiest - this pumping city is always on the move. This means that hotels in Frankfurt gets booked up pretty quickly, so book early with Booking.com to secure the accommodation of your choice.
Way underrated city... EZ to get to - many direct flights from USA... Airport 15 minutes from city... Exceptional alternative to flying into Munich... Very walkable, many free things to see and do... EXTREMELY clean... Always felt safe... Great hub to take a one-hour train to any other cities (we did Heidelberg, Mainz, Marburg and Wurzburg)....

As a city Frankfurt is a nice city.
As a city Frankfurt is a nice city.
I was there for and exhibition called Techtextile and i guess 2 days was good to find the right companies on the Exhibition.
I was driving around with my own car and i find the city nice and easy city for divers and car owners because there are many places in the city that you can park the car free of charge which is not the case in my own city of Amsterdam, in Amsterdam we i pay more than 600 euro per year to park my car but even with payment we can not find a place to park the car but in Frankfurt really was very easy to find places to park the car free of charge and people are mostly very friendly in Frankfurt when i was asking do i have to pay if i park my car people are friendly to give honest answer.
I would visit Frankfurt again but i will stay in a different plays. To me getting around was easy because i was driving my own car. I use to eat in Messe Frankfurt at exhibition. Next time i will do my reservation far away form center because i travel always with car.

Frankfurt presents a pleasant cityscape, yet my airport experience left me with reservations. At Frankfurt Airport, there was a noticeable pattern of the police stopping non-EU passengers for document checks just after deplaning. Despite my frequent travels to Europe and holding a multi-entry Schengen visa, I was detained alongside others for an unnecessary 30-minute document verification.
The ordeal extended to passport control, where a lengthy queue awaited us, made worse by a mere three counters being operational.
The baggage claim area, situated in a less inviting lower ground space with a low ceiling and an unwelcome odor, further dampened the experience. After a lengthy wait, it turned out not all luggage had arrived, compounding the inconvenience.

Frankfurt is an exciting and cosmopolitan city.
Frankfurt is an exciting and cosmopolitan city. There are many museums to visit and it is close to the Rhine. There are also many shopping and dining options. The MyZeil Mall on the Zeil (close to the Hauptwache Underground station) is well worth the visit for families who want to shop and dine at an affordable price.

great for a City break as we were working didn't have too much time for sightseeing
Food was hit and Miss found a great Italian restaurant without this I would say food options are typical too much fried food for me and hard to get a cup of tea but there was plant of wine and beer available to make up for that
The Hotel itself was beautiful, very comfortable rooms and beds. Quick late night check in and very limited parking available on the street outside There is a tram at the end of the street that takes you right into the centre of Frankfurt, under a minutes walk. It is outside of the city but we didn’t mind using the tram as it was so close. It’s the N11 tram and the stop is called Ostbahnhof/Sonnemannstraße. I have shared the tram timetable, stop 5 Römer/Paulskirche is what you want for the old town in the second picture.
I would say that this hotel is a perfect choice if you want to stay close to city center and to be able to walk around for sightseeing/shopping/etc. The amenities are good and you basically have everything what you need for a comfortable stay. The stuff members are very polite and help you with any inquiry. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Frankfurt + you also find an excuisite restaurant in the 7th floor with the best views in town.
What a great hotel. Convenient to the airport and train station, you literally never leave the complex. We flew to Frankfurt, walked to the Hilton and the next morning walked to the train station. Everything is under one roof.
Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We had dinner in the restaurant, the food and the service was amazing. The breakfast was excellent as well
Although the location is a bit outside the city, the nearby tram station, just 100 meters away with a frequent schedule, makes it convenient. We were drawn to the hotel for its stylish and modern interior, which holds true both inside and outside the building. The pricing is reasonable compared to other expensive and outdated hotels in Frankfurt's city center.
Location was excellent. Direct train from the airport straight to Frankfurt central station, then an easy 2 minutes walk to the hotel. Easy check in, had a discrepancy and the hotel staff fixed it straight away. Room was clean and had a window that opened for fresh air. Safe in the room. Tea kettle and tea. Good shower. Felt safe as a solo female traveler.
Our go to hotel in Frankfurt. We love the location. Very good facilities. Clean and spacious rooms with everything you need. Free coffee, tea and water in the breakfast area. Friendly and helpful staff. Skyline Mall on the o thee side of the street. Good connection to the city centre and also nice restaurants in the area. We really recommend this place!
Location of the hotel is great, close to the main city centre of Frankfurt which makes it very convenient given its price. The staff is attentive and helpful. The room was ok, nothing special but definitely fine to stay for a couple of nights. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It was a pleasant stay for one night.
I was there for the Messe Frankfurt Fair. I loved how close this hotel was from the Fair & very close to Skyline shopping mall. Location is amazing. Close to all kind of transportations (metro, train, taxis, scooters… etc.) less than 15 mins from airport & downtown. Property is clean & has amazing amenities. Staff are wonderful.
I booked this hotel based on proximity to Frankfurt airport. While I didn't spend much time there, it served its purpose wonderfully. Nice staff, easy proximity to public transport (no shuttle) and nice breakfast selection. The room itself was nicely sized, felt more American than European, and very comfortable bed.
The hotel has a good location, close to the Frankfurt Main Station (less than 10 minutes by walk), it is also close to tram stations and not too far from the city centre. The room is very comfortable, with two individual beds put together, broad space; the bathroom is clean and with good space as well.
Location is just few minutes walk to central … and the walk is just beautiful by the river side … amazing breakfast options are available… Cleanliness is top notch … it’s a lovely hotel with a good staff and service … it’s close to airport by car 20 odd euro for Uber from Frankfurt main airport .
Really nice renovated hotel located across the street from the Frankfurt Airport. Ideal for a night's stay prior to an early morning departure. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities
The location is good, just a 10-minute walk along a sidewalk from Terminal 2 at Frankfurt Airport. There is a free shuttle bus from Terminal 1 to the hotel (which costs 6 euro for the trip back to Terminal 1),.
the property is near airport, very convenient for our stopping over. Good breakfast.
it is not in downtown areas, if you need to buy groceries and food, you have to ride tram to the main station
Hotel has great location to the Frankfurt airport via car. Free parking and good room availability makes this a nice choice to save money relative to the hotels right at the airport.
