Irma is a wonderful host and I had a great stay! There was a little bit of a language barrier, but we easily resolved that with Google Translator. This was my first stop among many through Switzerland and its location is great; very close to train station, accessible hikes for a lifetime, and a great stop before exploring the rest of Switzerland. Irma was also extremely kind providing me with a transport pass for my time there, which was useful taking the train from Boudry to Noiraigue for the hike down the Areuse Gorge (highly recommend this hike). I'll definitely come back if I'm fortunate enough to visit western Switzerland in the future!

Offering a spa centre and hot tub, the Château de Mathod is located in Mathod in the Vaud Region, 28 km from Lausanne. Free private parking is available on site. A wonderful place owned by nice people. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

The apartment was exceptionally well appointed and had everything we needed. It was modern and clean, but at the same time felt very homely and comfortable. Whilst we had almost no interaction with the host, the instructions given on arrival were very clear and it was nice to be left to our own devices. The location (on a farm) was good too, being only a shorty 2.5km walk to town.

Built in 1750, the Ofenhaus was originally used for baking bread and is situated next to the owner's farm house 1 km from the centre of Murten. We loved staying at the quaint little ‘Ofenhaus’! It was everything we expected, based on the Booking.com description, and maybe even a bit better. :) The cleanliness was exemplary! I really am quite exacting concerning hygiene — and this place was literally spotless! The whole place smelt of fresh laundry when we walked in — it really doesn’t get any better than that! The water temperature and pressure in the shower are great! Since both my husband & I have long, luxurious hair, this is a crucial point for us. Many holidays have been ruined, alas, because of bad (cold, weak) showers — but not at the ‘Ofenhaus’! Everything works to perfection! The location is really quiet & calm, but the beautiful medieval town of Murten can be reached on foot (via a short walk of 1km). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book the ‘Ofenhaus’ again if we happened to stay in the area in the future!

Dikelilingi dengan ladang anggur, Chambre d'hôtes Littoral 65 di Chez-le-Bart menawarkan taman musim panas dengan meja dan kerusi serta bilik-bilik yang terang dan luas. Rosemary, the home owner was just lovely and very welcoming. She made sure we had our favourites for breakfast and let us borrow her kettle for an evening and early morning cuppa. The room was very comfortable, we all slept very well. It was very nice to have use of the garage.

The Old Town Flat combines a historic building in the city centre of Murten with a stylish, modern apartment including a fully equipped kitchen, a garden terrace and free WiFi. A Nice and cozy flat and very friendly and kind flat owner. staying here made us feel like home!
