      The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The location was great for my trip to U of Pitt. It was so nice to have a comfortable spot to quick return to after a long day on campus.

      Early Sunday morning around 7:30am I was awakened by loud live band music and singing. It was a church service in another part of the building. The music lasted about 40 minutes but I couldn’t fall back asleep at that point. Not a deal breaker for the weekend but it was inconvenient.

      We like being on the beach but having the pool as an option. Also the bar at pool is a plus. Having a restaurant with good food is a plus because we dont have to leave.

      Old run down tried to cover up and remodel but obvious water leaks. Broke a logs on patio door, dirty sheets and room Wasn’t well cleaned under bed and corners had pens and wrappers And built up dirt and dust. Bath tub and sink Were stained from Over use so looks dirty. The restaurant want any Cleaner, glassware and silverware were dirty, wine was over priced and old soup Was watery.
