They could improve breakfast because everything was cold and I do not believe people like cold sausage or egg . We only could eat ham and cheese with tomatoes and cucumber but other than that was all great .

Location was very good super close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and ready to help. (Especially the receptionist girl she was very very kind). Even that was not season yet they provided us with sun-beds on the beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The hotel has a pretty cool modern look. Big plus, the big shower was great! Also the private beach beds were quite nice.

Boys in the dining room were completely rude . The only young lady serving in the evening tried to compensate for their behavior and somehow managed to make our stay fine even they were rude with her also. Because we had dinner included (paid in advance) , we were treated in first evenings like we were asking for free food . During our stay we had to repeatedly ask even for normal things like glasses for water and salt which was never on the table. Menu for dinner was having only few options but was....eatable, except for last two evenings when was quite enjoyable. We were happy for not choosing to serve all meals there. Next time we will probably choose only breakfast . There are plenty of nice restaurants around with prices for all pockets. The ladies doing cleaning are very nice and do their job well but do not understand yet the meaning of " do not disturb "sign in the door electronic panel, return to old cardboard sign might be a good idea .

Surprisingly nice hotel, modernised,spacious rooms with balcony with partial view of the sea ,clean,towels changed daily and daily cleaning, sheets changed every 2 days. Sea close to the hotel , private beach with sunbeds and umbrella assigned to the room for entire duration of staying. One of the receptionists and the lady in the dinning room Were really helpful and always smiling.

The parking problem is the biggest disadvantage. To little parking space which is impossible to find to park. If you are lucky and find some space is it impossible to find the guys which parked near your car. The guys in parking is some times very rude because of this problem.

The fact that we could not exchange BAM ,money from Bosnia and Herzegovina. But as far as concern the Hotel everything is very good.

The staff was very helpful and kind, we like the fact that they are very young but proffesional. They were very warm and pacient with little kids. Food was extradinary,we tried different meals ,but very tastefull. Very good thing is that Hotel has own parking, beach is very close,hospitalty is on and beyond.

Same as last time... parking is crowded and you have to leave your car keys at the reception so that they can move your car around the parking. It tends to get noisy during the night because of the roads close to the hotel (it gets better if you close your windows).

This is our second time here, so you could say that the hotel was ok for our the first time. As stated in my original review our stay in Bella Vista was pleasant. The room was clean and equiped with amenities such as air condition, tv and a small fridge. It also has a big enough balcony looking at the beach and the parking lot. Food was ok, but it could use a bit more variety. The beach itself is only a couple of meters away from the hotel. As I mentioned earlier free car parking is available. There is also a small store close to the hotel where you can buy some basic stuff.

There was a parking but not enough place, so someone scratch my car, probably the staff who were taking care of the housekeeping and laundaries I saw them crossing near my car without attention keeping the laundary baskets. Nobody at the restaurant speaks English, only the girl at the reception. We were 2adults and 2.5years child, reserved a room with family and single bed but we have only one twin bed so we slept all together and it wasn't comfotable.
