We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere was no bin in the room which was a little tricky but big bins were provided on the property. Unfortunately the owner did leave and it made check in a bit tricky as we had to wait for a call back from a third party so that we could check in to our room and get our key.
The room was clean and tidy, surprisingly spacious and had modern bathroom facilities. Comfortable beds and a linoleum tiled sink and fridge area between the bedroom areas which was a good spot for us to keep our food and drinks for the night. Most of the staff did seem really lovely. Very laid back, exactly what I'd describe as small town hospitality.

AustraliaDespite repeated requests to the management to fix the TV so that we received all the stations we were supposed to get, I was told by Philip that it was working alright, though he wouldn't leave reception to have a look. The next manager came and seen I was right, said he would be back to fix it but was never seen again. I bit more care for there customers needs would not go astray. Steve Walters.

Australiathere was two cockroaches in room over 3 day stay the door handle in bathroom was loose there was a hole / dent in wall the layout of room was cramped the verandah outside our room looked like it was about to fall down, the bricks were coming away from the wall the pool was green For the price it was very disappointing - for Lismore $250 a night should have been a bigger space. I would have expected to pay absolutely no more than $180 for that room
