Stealing money ! 偷钱！ Воруют деньги! Stayed in the hotel only for a night, went downstairs for a dinner. For about 1 hour absence they stole our money from the bag. They didn't steal all the money, only part because it would be too noticeably. We found out everything on the next day, when started to count the money. It all started with strange phone calls to the room after 20 minutes of check-in (silence on the other end). The room service woman was near our room at 8pm, strange time for cleaning.. After we found the loss we started to message the hotel hoping to solve the problem somehow, at least to watch the cameras ! They told us they couldn't do anything without police. And then WE need to go to police, yeah right, how do they think its gonna be ? Then said that they called to the police. We have some strange messages from e-mail biuhong_2023@qq.com called himself a police officer! Only bla bla bla. No actions. And just words from the hotel: "We want to help you, but we can't start investigation" On the direct question 'what do the cameras show' they still have no answer. Just watch & show us the cameras and investigate everything in your own hotel by yourself ! So we were almost the only Europeans in the hotel and only for 1 night and everybody knew that. The hotel has quite a good rating, but when above mentioned situation happened, the hotel showed its real customer service.... 我们只在酒店住了一晚，下楼吃晚饭。在我们离开的一个小时里，我们包里的钱被偷了。不是所有的钱都被偷了，只是被偷了一部分，因为那样太显眼了。 事情的起因是有人给房间打了奇怪的电话（电话那头一片寂静）。晚上 8 点，清洁女工在地板上打扫卫生，这是一个奇怪的时间。 我们发现丢失后，写信给酒店，希望能以某种方式解决问题，至少能看看摄像头！他们说没有警察他们什么也做不了。而我们需要亲自去找警察，真不知道他们是怎么想出来的？然后他们说，他们自己打电话把我的联系方式转发给了我。然后，一位来自 biuhong_2023@qq.com 的 "警察 "给我们发了电子邮件。没有采取任何行动，也没有人再回复我们的邮件。酒店只说了一句话："我们想帮助你们，但我们不能自己开始调查"。对于 "摄像头显示了什么 "这个直接问题，他们仍然没有回答。你们只管看，给我们看摄像机，你们自己去处理吧！ 我们是唯一的欧洲人，而且只住了一晚，每个人都很清楚这一点。酒店的评价相当不错，但发生这种情况时，酒店展现出了他们真正的客户服务
