Positive section of review
The location of this hotel is very convenient - walking distance to all 'places to see'. Unexpectedly easy to get to la Boca - the bus stop (152) is just in front of the hotel; the metro station as well. The greatest value of this hotel is its STAFF - super friendly, always willing and ready to help. Thank you the STAFF!!! If I'm in Buenos Aires again I'll choose this hotel.

I had an excellent stay here. The apartment is exceptionally clean, modern, and stylish. The comfort level is outstanding, with all amenities working perfectly. Ailen is both cordial and professional, offering great advice and a friendly demeanor. I truly appreciated her help and positive energy.

This apartment was very cozy and conveniently located. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The electronic lock system provided extra security. The neighborhood was safe and had plenty of dining options nearby.

The breakfast is good and it's easy to see what tours are available and book them. Most of the staff were friendly except one girl. The outdoor space is amazing. Bed was comfortable

I was in a double room but it's situated right above the front door so it's very noisy with people coming and going plus street noise. There's a motorcycle carpark across the road and people are starting their motorcycles all night long. The shower was luke warm and not much pressure. Ask for one of the double rooms at the rear of the property. There was always a regular posse of locals in the common area, not sure if they were the friends of the workers but it always felt like I was intruding as a foreigner and I didn't feel comfortable in the common area. The kitchen is small and can get easily crowded
