The property is amazing. I loved the atmosphere, the decoration, the room was big. Every was clean and worked perfectly. The AC and the shower were perfect. Location is also great if you are looking to stay in the historic center. The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The tapioca I had for breakfast was dreamy. I had to leave early to go to Barreirinhas and the served us breakfast a little bit early - amazing people.

I only have one concern to share with those staying longer. It’s right in the heart of the historical center, which is great, but it can also be noise. It might depend on your room, but during our stay there was a building just behind it playing really loud music until almost 1 am. Which could be because it was a holiday and the next day was a regular working day. Music can go longer during the weekends, so be aware if you are not a party person and like to sleep after a long day of walking around. The building was so close and the music so loud, it felt like it was inside the room. Otherwise, I loved my stay and would still recommend, having that in mind.

Excellent breakfast with eggs on offer. Host Andre speaks good english, nice guy, runs it with his father. Stayed on 2nd floor. These are along a communal balcony - liked that the room window had frosted glass, so get light and privacy - thoughtful and smart. Right across from the town square, about 50m to the beach and bus-stop. Very reasonably priced.
