The apartment was very cozy and had a great location: between the old city and modern city with Guggenheim museum. So it was convenient to walk in the city. Also there were supermarkets, bakery, fruit shop and cat cafe near. The communication with a host was brilliant as he was very attentive and gave a lot of advice on what to see, where to go, what to eat, etc.

The sound isolation in the bedrooms was not very good, so I slept with earplugs. But if you aren't sensitive to the sounds, maybe for you it will be ok.

The self contained 3 bedroom unit was perfect for our needs. We were on a holiday with our extended family. All the facilities and activities made it a great place to stay. The beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces were tranquil and relaxing. The beach front position was a definite plus. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beds comfortable but duvet and pillows were not, single duvets on double beds wasn’t ideal and pillows are not at all comfortable which equalled lack of sleep. Pool jets didn’t work which was reported We were not told in advance that main pools were closed

Because the hotel was close to everything this brought a lot of noise through the night. This certainly my wasn’t the staff’s fault and they did provide ear plugs and white noise machine

So they make a lot of noise at night and even if you ask to turn down the music they will not. The bedroom does not have isolation so you can hear everything and everyone
