Enveloped in serene beauty, this resort boasts an exceptional staff, exuding warmth and friendliness at every turn. The shimmering pool offers a refreshing oasis, complemented by one of the most delightful breakfast spreads I've ever encountered. The room is impeccably clean, with the added bonus of personalized service, simply request a refresh, and it's promptly taken care of. A small suggestion: perhaps refreshing the towels during room cleaning would further enhance the experience. Aside from this minor detail, there's nothing else to remark upon. Grateful for the impeccable service, thank you!

The location may not be optimal, a quick ride on a scooter for just 15 minutes will have you at the center in no time.

Staff was nice and they prepared a honeymoon swan decoration for my anniversary. Great location, close the Waterbom and the shopping centre. It's generally a clean place. I liked the private balcony. AC worked perfectly. Enjoyed Netflix on the smart TV.

The bed frame was creaking with every move. No shower gel. Need to wait a few minutes for hot water. No hand towel. Towels smell bad.

The room was equipped against mosquitoes which increased our comfort. Really nice and polite staff looking to satisfy all your needs. I liked the morning juices, the staff also bring food to your room and can have breakfast with the view of the ricefield.

Great location, staff super friendly and always available on site. The pool area overlooks the rice fields which is nice.

The bathroom was quite hot as a part of it is open-air. When we leave the bathroom door open, it causes condensation on the bedroom floor cause of the heat coming in. But not an issue to just keep the door closed. A few pillows smelled musty.

We enjoyed the first breakfast. I had the privilege to sit and eat one of the two breakfasts. Both my wife and I were unwell/sick from washing our mouths with water from the bathroom tap.I wished the hotel cautioned us about the impurity of the Bali water. We would have taken steps to avoid what happened to us. Because we were unwell, we did not eat the breakfast we paid for on the day of our departure.
