Positive section of review
The friendliness of the staff, responsive and available. The location of the establishment, close to everything! E-mart and G25 stores, F2,F3 restaurants, bus station, Namsan Hanok village are all within a 5-minute walk. One stop from Myeongdong. Tearoom, snack bar, H24 store, direct subway access inside the building. The luggage storage is very practical. The studio is functional and cozy and the +++ is the view, just amazing (front view Myeongdong and Namsan Tower side).

Check-in at 4pm. When you've flown 12 hours and arrive at 8 a.m., it's a pain to wait (N.B.: It's possible to check in early for an hourly surcharge). Lack of cleaning equipment (vacuum sweepers, for example, or just a broom and a small shovel, the bare minimum, especially for those staying more than one day).

Location near Seoul Station was good for us as we took a few trips to/from. It was quieter but still accessible to the Myeondong main area. The 2 bedroom accommodation was PERFECT for us, and I would recommend it just for the spacious well laid out rooms. We didn't explore the pool, dining, or other amenities, as we were always out and about, but I'd definitely come back to Fraser Place!

Construction noise from neighboring properties was pretty loud. The flip side is my kids enjoyed watching the construction from our high floor.

Really nice hostel, the location is really good (walking distance to 홍대, 이대). The room was bigger than I expected, nice bed, the staff was polite and helpful. Kitchen in the basement (haven't used much), free water, good wi-fi. No complaints.

The only drawback is poor ventilation in the bathroom which becomes really apparent if you are staying long (I stayed for more than 2 weeks). However, this is very typical for South Korea so cannot really blame that on the Hostel.

Great location, the Seoul staition (railway and metro) just 3 minutes walk. Great breakfast, big choice - asian and european. And great view on Seoul from breakfast from 31st floor.Clean and nice room with everything you need for accomodation!
