It was really great - the hotel is clean, restaurant ok, breakfast ok - but the biggest asset of the hotel is the staff !!! Particularly I want to thank to Mattia, Adio and Louise and to the young lady from restaurant (whose name I do not know) who recommended us wine

There was nothing we didn't like. The hotel and staying there far exceeded our expectations!

The fact that rooms were on different floors was just fine. Our daughter is and adult and perfectly capable to be away from us. Everything about the hotel was superb. We loved the staff and those on it were more like friends that staff - friendly, caring, etc. It seemed as if all who worked at the hotel loved their jobs. That being said, I hope the new manager is accepted well by the staff.

The room was big enough and had all essentials. We were specifically amused with the record player in our room and the Yves Montand vinyl record. Real French atmosphere. Beautiful view of the rooftops of Paris. The staff was very friendly.

Great location, close to the Metro, plenty of restaurants. Staff were super friendly, and the buffet breakfast was incredible. Also had an elevator which can be rare in Paris

As staff is quite young, it does lack certain experience in some details (like checking cutlery for cleanliness, serving vine, advertising / mentioning what the hotel can offer) only experienced guys can teach:) But these are very minor issues, most people will not even notice those. I’d say that freezing equivalent of 100 euro / day on your credit card is bit too much for those who stay for a long time.

Excellent location, comfortable and clean rooms, place is quite peaceful and calm, I believe sound isolation works well. Staff is young and very helpful, good breakfasts, nice atmosphere and decor, especially “old bar”, which should be more advertised.

The closet was a bit small.

We went to Paris to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The hotel is in an excellent location for touring the city. Most of the main attractions were within walking distance. In cases where we had to use public transportation, there is a metro just a few meters from the hotel and buses passing through the surrounding streets. The hotel room was very comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. The closet was a bit small but that is to be expected in Paris where rooms tend to be a bit small. The breakfast was excellent. Perhaps it did not have the great variety that can be found elsewhere, but all the products offered were of very good quality. I would like to highlight the kindness of the hotel staff who always attended us in a very good way, being attentive to our requirements and giving us good advice to enjoy the city. In particular, I would like to highlight Jana Smaily who was more than a ten in her attention and kindness. If we return to Paris, we would definitely stay at the same hotel.

A minor thing, which is typical in most hotels in Europe we've stayed in, is that the AC doesn't get as cold as we're used to in the US

The hotel felt new and clean. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. We absolutely loved the location, it was less than a block from the metro and it didn't feel overwhelmed by tourists. It felt a bit more local and definitely laid back. It was a short walk to Luxembourg gardens which were beautiful. The breakfast was really good, but definitely recommend going on the earlier side since it gets crowded later in the morning. The piano karaoke night on Thursday was really really fun! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom, though small, was nice. The shower was the most contained here so water didn't get everywhere! We loved this hotel so much we're coming back and staying here later this year.

The bathrooms are inefficient. Nowhere to hang wet towels. No drawer space. Lighting too low. (fitting with decor but not user-friendly.) Suggest a set of drawers in lieu of the record player

The gym could have a few more equipments, like a bench, but is usable.

Cozy room, amazing shower, very nice breakfast with a lot options and variety (both tasty and healthy food). Most people in the staff were friendly and warm. The location is good, very central, lively during the day, with restaurants and cafes around, and calm at night. Would definitely come back.

Housekeeping failed to wash our cups every day & didn’t replenish the tea - we had to use our own. The shower is over a very deep bath which was a bit challenging to climb out of with wet feet.

No complaints

Loved this hotel. Location was great being close to Jardin de Luxembourg and very walkable everywhere throughout the city. They have a delicious breakfast with hot food, cheese fruit pastries. The room was very clean and serviced daily with fluffy towels and water. Loved the nespresso machine. Staff are very friendly and responsive to any requests made and speak English as well as French. Highly recommend.
