How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

. Fridge wasn’t clean & smelled bad . Cashless, had to pay Tax habit by card & create a new transaction for small amount
. Location: perfect for a show at la Seine musicale . Breakfast: large choice & staff friendly (dans un très bon anglais)

The Hotel decor needs updating carpets stained and dirty Shower difficult to access had a steep ledge step into it which when wet is a risk of slipping The area was quiet with just a few restaurants within walking distance

Shower was not usable as the shower head clip was broken so it could not be fitted.
Location and size of the apartment Very helpful staff on reception and breakfast. I was allowed to take breakfast early before the official opening time as I had an early flight. The staff were excellent!

No iron for clothes; no tea or coffee provided; shower very small and no hooks in bathroom. Carpets need cleaning.
Good location for La Seine Musicale. Nice to have a small kitchen, even though it was very basic. Breakfast reasonable although the hot food is not good.

The carpet could do with replacing as there are a few areas that are stained. This did not have an impact on the stay.
The hotel is in the perfect location with a metro station a few minutes away. The room had a kitchen area and fridge so perfect for storing our drinks and snacks. The bed was lovely and comfortable, I slept so well. Staff were very friendly. Overall we had a great stay.

The apart hotel was very nice, clean, the bed was confy. The location was great, near my show venue - La Seine Musicale - with supermarket, metro station, restaurant around. The breakfast was very good, with lots of options. And the staff was very nice!

Breakfast can be improved, the shower head needs to be fixed it is leaking too much water and affecting the overall water pressure.
The location, the staff, the room were excellent and the cleanliness was great.

The coffee machine is a percolator, but they did not provide any coffee or filters.
Rooms are big with loads of space Close to public transport (metro and bus line) to get into Paris Restaurants close by for lunch and dinner options

Facilities like sauna wasnt open & the breakfast is not good. I would still book a night here but without breakfast as its a waste of extra money and there are also good restaurants near the venue.

The room was quite dusty and unclean in some places.
The room is very spacious and well equipped. The bathroom and shower are very nice and convenient to use, as the shower head is not stuck on the wall.

I think because of the kitchenette, there was a distinct smell left behind or possibly the carpets needing a deep clean.
Located in a nice area. Plenty of transport. Reasonable price for what we were looking for. Plenty of market shops to pick up food and snacks. Walking distance from the festival we were heading too.

I didn't like the mattress, it was too soft. Got back pain for the first 2 nights.
I appreciate that we had a possibility to check-in earlier than 2pm. The hotel is a good option for short stay. Good location.

The spoken English at reception desk was a bit too basic
Despite being quite far away from downtown Paris the location is good to reach the subway. Apartment was clean and well organized.

Under my room was a bar/restaurant. Every evening there were some noises from the bottom, but for me it was okay to sleep well.
Staffs were very nice and helpful. Cleaning lady gave me a towel and a paper towel everyday. A little kitchen was bonus! Basic cookwares were there. The elevator works perfectly!
