A little dated but the room is huge, with great comfy beds. Great staff and helpful and informative receptionist. Its tucked away in a quiet area and near the river which is nice to have near for walks.

It was a little complicated finding the hotel. Some of the streets were blocked with barricades that were remotely controlled. Once that issue was resolved we were able to continue to the hotel. Parking was several blocks away but it was not a big problem and we were very happy with our stay.

We had a small room up in the attic that was rather noisy and the bed was not particularly comfortable. The Wi-Fi was quite spotty. I did not think the room was up to the standard for this type of hotel or the price point.

The Hotel was in a good location and had a nice courtyard to enjoy.

Lovely spacious rooms - with large bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with a range of fresh foods and pastries. Fabulous location.

There was no lift - this is just because the building is old and there's no room for one, and to be fair to the hotel they did offer to take our cases up for us, but we did it ourselves in the end.

This hotel was really lovely - we had a huge room on the top floor, with a fabulous bathroom, and some period furniture, everything was very clean and there were a couple of delicious chocolates left on the bedside table for us. What was really clever, however, was how the hotel have worked some great mod-cons into a beautiful old building: the curtains, for example, are heavy, classical curtains very much in keeping with the decor, but they have thinner, modern, proper blackout curtains hidden behind them, so we slept really well. The room cooling didn't appear to do anything when we turned it on, and yet 20 mins later the room was cool, so it was definitely working! The windows are in a traditional style, but are properly double-glazed, and they do open if you want fresh air. A real bonus was the bathroom - no bath, but a huge walk-in wetroom shower that is better described as an experience than merely a shower - it was amazing! Towels etc were all good, and robes and slippers also provided. Extra pillows were found in the huge wardrobe, along with a hairdryer etc, and the TV was unobtrusive but modern enough to cast to. It was a short stay and so we didn't have breakfast or try the spa, but I'm confident based on the bathroom that the spa would have been excellent. The hotel was a bit of a trek from the station,, but is ideally located for proximity to the oldest and nicest parts of Strasbourg and made exploring really easy. All the staff we spoke to were very helpful.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Strasbourg little France, walking distance from everything you want to see, you upgraded our room to the junior suite, and it was big and charming, lovely room. The spa was excellnet.

The valet option for our car was very good but it was a bit awkward and confusing on arrival.

Location is excellent for walks around the city center, with many excellent restaurant choices nearby. The room was quite romantic and the bathroom was updated and modern.

Being charged extra for a small jug of fresh milk (as opposed to the UHT Creme supplied), for in-room coffee was, I thought, a bit small-minded.

Great Location, in the heart of La Petite France Island. Breakfast is very good, although a little expensive. Bedroom was a good size. Nicely furnished with traditional French style pieces.

Everything was perfect

The hotel could not be in a better location, central for all that Strasbourg has to offer. Our room was large and very well appointed and the hotel is beautiful. Without exception the staff were friendly and very helpful. Thank you especially to Alexandra for all of your advice and kindness. We look forward to returning to this lovely hotel.

We had the top floor room and windows looking out to see the cathedral. The room was pretty and clean. The staff are friendly and easy going. We went there around Xmas period so everything was decorated beautifully. Our room does not have a bath tub but was alright. This hotel is at the heart of Strasbourg, which means it is easy to get around the area. Lots of shops, restaurants etc.
