I had to leave to return home.

The hostess is exceptionally friendly. Though I tried to use my rusty French, I discovered that she speaks better English than 90% of Americans do. The breakfast was delicious with an interesting selection of items served. For the price you can't beat the location. Walk out the front door and you're at la Petite Plage (the little beach) with restaurants and shops just steps away.

Unfortunately the room and bathroom are quite small and being 2 we felt sometimes not having enough space. It was obviously ok for a 2 night stay but probably would not have been as pleasant for a very long stay.

Loved the fact everything was modern and very clean. The shower gel/shampoo are also organic which I personally appreciated it. Very nicely and practically thought and I found it cute. Very well located and close to Biarritz attractions.

Olivia was an incredible host. She had some excellent recommendations and was exceedingly helpful throughout the stay. The hotel has beautiful design features in the communal areas, and we really appreciated the attention to detail with the breakfast. The rooms are simply designed but have all that you need. Would recommend! Merci Beaucoup 🙂

The shower water was not very strong, but I think it's not a big problem. There's no bathroom supplies, such as tooth brush and razor, have to bring your own.

The location is wonderful, easy to find, near the city center and the ocean. The facilities are great, the bed is comfortable, the room is quite small but compact, very clean, reminds me of Japan hotel. The concierges are wonderful, very friendly and easy going. If I plan on my next trip to Biarritz, will choice the same hotel.

The hotel isn't very sound proof, you can hear all the noise from the street and in the hotel. The room didn't look like the photos on booking.com
