The very steep stairs/ladder could be a challenge for people with mobility issues.

Great! Fresh bread delivered daily. Jam, juice coffee provided. Perfect location for the gardens. Cool hosts.

The room was not as clean as I would have liked and was not able to get the breakfast in time before heading to the airport.

Love the charm of the property and the uniqueness of the room. Location was ideal to be near the Monet sights.

This building must a very clear note that it is not suitable for folk with mobility issues. It is a difficult location if you do not have a car. While staff were helpful once located there was no one on site when we arrived. Breakfast was to be included. Except for bread nothing else was replenished, non arrived for our last day. The owner knew we were leaving by 0800 as he booked the taxi. The state of the grounds as described by Bookings was far from reality.

The piano playing from above which was by no means professional. Lack of basic utensils- knives for butter. Defrost the freezer section in the fridge. A hazardous toilet seat, no duvet covers just sheets between a torn duvet.

The location is great for visiting monets garden. The property was dated but in a charming way. Friendly host who brought fresh bread and brioche in the morning. The cat 😊 the place was “rustic”

There was no one to greet us upon arrival and to tell us which cottage was reserved for us. We left a message at the phone number provided to us on the reservation confirmation, but no one returned the call. We then knocked on the door of another cottage and found a young boy who was able to communicate with us and to help us find an informative contact. Upon entering the cottage, we discovered by chance that the hot water heater had been turned off, but we were able to turn it on and enjoy hot showers. We also discovered as we were leaving in the morning that there was a fresh baguette and brioche hanging on the outside of our door. All in all, our stay was interesting, and, in fact, delightful for its quirkiness, but I would have appreciated better communications to inform us of how to enter the cottage, how to turn on the hot water heater, and that we should check outside the cottage for our morning bread.

Les Rouges Gorges was very interesting. The accommodations were a collection of individual cottages, and we stayed in the "movie theater-themed" cottage, including a set-up of 22+ movie theater seats in the cottage! The cottage was two-storied, with the bathroom/shower on the lower floor and with the beds and kitchen area on the upper floor. There were three beds: one queen and two singles. The two beds that we used (queen and one single) were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped , including supplies for preparing coffee and tea, and for preparing a continental breakfast.

The stairs to the bedroom was very steep and had no handrails. It would be extremely difficult for anyone with limited mobility to climb them safely.

It was well located and in easy walking distance of Giverny and Monetts Gardens

A little confusing not knowing in advance the room number in which I would be staying. I had to call the hostess to understand that there was a paper on the door of the only empty cabin and that this was where I was supposed to sleep. Breakfast was also left outside the secondary door to access the room and not the main door, where my name and access key were. However, after finding the real breakfast place, it was very tasty, tasty and met the need.

Very good facilities in the bathroom, shower with good pressure and hot water, met the expectation well. Comfortable bed, easy access to the main sights, quiet and singular place. Breakfast in good amount of breads, butter and jam.

wifi didn’t work, staff seemed decisive when we told him. Wall holder for shower was broken. maybe a little too “rustic”.

very close to Monet Garden, rambling gardens surrounding a traditional stone cottage. we stayed in the family “theatre” cottage, it had 2 bedrooms with a 3rd bed in the lounge room. Kitchen partially equiped, enough to reheat instant food.
