The shower was not really functional and difficult to access

Rooms are quite dated, furniture is old and chairs uncomfortable. The toilets were old but relatively clean. Breakfast was quite limited but tasty.

Location is very central, close to lots of restaurants and theaters, walking distance (15 minutes) to Louvre or 10 minutes to the Opera. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is a bit too small and the towels provided are too small and insufficient.

There is no wardrobe, just a stand with hangers. But it works.

Good location near the Louvre, the room faced the back yard and it was very quiet in the night. Although the building is old, the bathroom was surprisingly modern and clean. The staff was very friendly.

The room was tiny, but for 2 nights enaugh. Genal hygienic standard is OK for Paris, but replacing carpets would help further improve it.

I know hotels are very expensive in Paris. We also chose to be there in the expensive time of the year. This is two star hotel and we paid €295 a night.... Ouch！

Location! 5 minutes walk to Louvre museum and opera house. Clean. This is a message to the lady at the reception, thanks for showing us #39 bus to Gare de Nord saying "That is the bus. Run!" We caught that bus and got to the station. Thank you very much!

the lift was out of service at first, but it was quickly repaired there were 3 of us staying so the room was a little tight. we did have 2 comfortable beds.

we did not have the breakfast, so cannot comment. there were many coffee, patisserie and breakfast areas close by we wanted to try. the location was convenient. once we got to Paris we walked to see the city, sites and museums. the staff was nice and informative.

The WiFi didn’t work well from our room. I often had to go to the lobby to check my emails.

I felt a bit misguided by the pictures beforehand, which looked nothing like the actual room. It's definitely not the quality that appears in the pictures. The hotel is right on the street so there's a lot of noise from traffic. Thankfully, it was a quiet at night but first thing in the morning it's significant. Also, the shower facilities weren't great- you have to hold the shower head yourself because it won't hook onto the wall..

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location-wise, it's so close to the Louvre and just a few minutes away from one of the Christmas markets. There's also a tram station- Pyramides- right around the corner.
