To be honest the room needed a refresh. It just felt a bit tired and I would not say it felt like a 4* hotel with the way things had aged as well as the finishings and ammenities. However, maybe this is just for the one person rooms. And I will say the room was clean!

The staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. We stayed in the one-person bedrooms, as we were traveling just quickly for work. The rooms were much more spacious than I had imagined, with plenty of room to walk around and a big closet. Comfy bed and great air conditioning system that cooled down the room well.

Breakfast included in the room was a little chaotic and housed in a very small cellar room and not much food available if you arrive after 9am and items like french bread, cheese, cold meats, boiled eggs not topped up, so the buffet breakfast was limited. For this reason, I did not bother with breakfast on our second day. The room was very small but that is standard for Paris. The bathroom could do with an update and due to warm weather (23-24c) the shower drain was a little smelling. Aircon did work but was preset at 19c and could not be changed. The system is old and needs replacing as made a noise and temp in our room showed 25c, so the aircon seemed ineffective and we had to open the main window for fresh air at night but could be noisy for some people.

The room was quirky and came with a balcony but we had to move the bed to open the window to step up and over the window and once you are out, you have a lovely view with a small table and 2 chairs. Staff always very friendly and every day in reception the hotel offered free of charge - water, coffee, sweets, pastries. Great location and 5 min walk to Blanche metro and Moulin Rouge. Very safe location and easy access to many sights.

The ceiling of the roof is low and that makes u feel the room is tight. Also the lighting is not gd enough.

You should double check the cleanliness of the rooms before letting customer discover some nasty things. Other than that nothing else to say.

No small amenities like shower cap. Bathrooms lack shelves where you can place your things. Pillows were pretty bad.

The room (and everything else for that matter) was extremely small – almost comically so. There was no place to sit besides the beds, and I challenge you to get a moderately sized suitcase past them. For one night, this wasn't a big issue, bit if you're planning to stay longer, book a larger room. The room did not look this small on the pictures, so it was a bit of a letdown, but nothing dramatic because we just needed a place to spend the night. Less convenient was the shower. The shower head was hopeless; water went everywhere except down.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is great as it's a ten minute walk away from Montmartre and a little over 20 minutes from "the Heart" of Paris. Metro is very close as well. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. There are plenty of bakeries and cafés to have breakfast nearby, though, so I would recommend going there.

The storage could be improved, as in some rooms the wardrobe cannot be open fully and/or has no space for hanging clothes like coats or shirts. This was not an issue per se, but could maybe be advertised more clearly, so that people can pack accordingly.

We had some issues with our room during the first night, but the staff was really lovely and helped us throughout our stay. We loved the second room, and we would 100% come back because of the outstanding service in spite of the challenges. The location was also perfect for our needs, very local but quiet at night.

The location of hotel is exellent.Only 2 min on foot to Moulin Rouge, 15 min of Montmarte.The metro station is close. The room was small but its normaly for Paris. The room was clean.The bed was comfortable.Quite neighborhood at night.Everything was ok for the price.

We requested a travel cot and there wasn’t one. We could have enquired about this but it was late and I didn’t want to cause fuss. That is the only criticism. Will definitely stay again!!!!!

Lovely hotel!!! Great location, clean, nicely decorated. I solo travelled with my toddler and I would describe it as perfect for us. Easy to find, easy to check in. Lots of bad reviews about the location online. This location is perfect!!!! Safe, busy, lots of shops etc. quick metro from central. Staff were friendly, beds were clean and comfortable. Plug sockets near the bed, wardrobe. Everything really good. Thank you :)
