Shower pressure very weak; room very small but sufficient for a few days in the city!

Great location near lots of restaurants; room had good views out onto the street. Bathroom very modern and clean. Felt very welcomed with personalised note and macaroons.

The lift was broken for the duration of our stay which made things very difficult for my husband who had hurt his foot. We are in our 70's and were on the fourth floor.

The staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. The breakfast area was unique, very French and inviting. The breakfast itself was very good. The L'Occitaine bathroom products were very welcome as were the treats. The bed was comfortable. Location was good, close to a metro station.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for a short stay in Paris. It's centrally situated, with numerous dining options nearby and within walking distance to attractions like Galeries Lafayette. Elissa, the receptionist, was exceptionally welcoming and kind, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The charming lobby offers thoughtful extras like a water station and to-go wipes. Our room was cleaned daily and stocked with L'Occitane products. The hotel team surprised us with goodies in our room, and Elissa even gave us a farewell present. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Paris.

Service, staff went the extra mile on arrival with coffee and pastries, plus upgraded me to a larger room and on the bed was a tray with 5 macaroons and a welcome letter! All staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only minus is that is very acustic. You can hear people talking in their room, the door slapping in the morning, in the eveninig somone played drumms until midnight. Too much noise.

Elevator was out of order that was the only downside had to walk to the 7th floor. Not really an issue for me

The hotel had an amazing atmosphere felt like I really was in old Paris. That was the lobby. The staff was super helpful Ocean helped me with the check in she made my day. She gave a super big room and I was able to check in at 9 am in the morning super happy with that .

Excellent staff with incredibly warm reception. The elevator was out of service and they served wine for free as an apology. Clean rooms and great location for train & walking. Grocery store just across the street and post office a 2 min walk.

What a lovely hotel. Warm welcome. All reception staff so friendly and helpful. Definitely service with a smile. Bedroom comfortable and spotless. L’occitane toiletries. Good breakfast. Great location. Moulin rouge, Sacre Coeur, Gallerie Lafayette, Opera Garnier within walking distance.

Great location to the shopping district and easy stroll to montmartre and pigalle. The hotel Was very clean with modern rooms and nice bathrooms, everything very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the foyer was a nice place to sit or take breakfast which looked great too.

We could not figure out the AC so we slept with the window open as it was too warm (as we were on the last floor the noise level was manageable, even on the street side). The pillows are a bit too soft

We loved the location, so central, walking distance to a lot of things and also close to several metro stations. The room was on the smaller side but nicely decorated and functional and with everything we needed. Super clean. With the feel of a 4 star hotel. We didn’t try the breakfast but the breakfast area looks lovely. The staff was very nice. We would definitely come back.

The hotel is in a great location, where everything is beautiful and worth visiting, and there are metro stations nearby. The room was lovely, with a great view of Parisian streets without loud noises. We were welcomed with a sweet French dessert when we arrived at the room, which improved the experience. The staff was kind and polite, always being there for their guests.

We couldn't open the window while sleeping since the street behind the hotel gets a bit noisy in the morning. Also, you need to ask the reception to switch on the air condition (and it still feels as it wasn't properly working).

It's a small but very nice hotel, quite recently renovated so it still feels good and fresh. Breakfast was good, in a cozy space with plants. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. I liked the location since it was practical to walk both to Opera and Monmartre.
