The fact that when you arrive you are asked to book a half-hour breakfast slot. I did not know this and it would normally be ok. It turns that the slots are VERY limited to a small amount of people. I asked for a 7.30am slot which was already taken. As was the 7am slot. For me, this resulted in NO breakfast at the hotel the following morning. Also, the TV in the room was useless - patchy signal etc. I overcame this by watching on my laptop instead rather than bringing this up at the reception.

It was a luxurious hotel with a fantastic large room. The wi-fi and location is excellent and close to Moorfield Station.

The room is painted mostly black or some dark colour so it's a very dark room all day long.

Lovely hotel for city centre stay, walking distance to everything in the city. Has a cool boutique feel and a neon toilet for the craic! Great service where you can pre order drinks to be in your room in arrival.

We loved our suite here. The hotel is very boujee annd our suite was amazing, the pics don’t do it justice. Huge room annd beautifully designed. The hotel location was amazing for us - everything we needed was within walking distance. Only complaint was the room was so warm we had to keep the windows open and there was a lot of noise from bin men etc around 5am in the morning but doubt this would be an issue if the windows were closed.

We did have some issues with check in, I'm not sure if this was the fault of the hotel or booking.com. However despite booking for 2 people, initially the hotel check-in desk said we had only booked for 1 and were asking for an additional fee. It took me going through my booking.com app and reviewing their own confirmation emails to demonstrate we had in fact booked for 2. The hotel then took quite a while to update this on their system before letting us check in and this made us late for our event that evening. Maybe it was a one off but worth having your confirmations to hand just in case. That said the check-in staff were apologetic once I showed it was a booking for two and did eventually solve the issue but just wasn't a seamless check-in, especially when you're in a hurry. Also, the room was extremely warm with no working air con, just an electric fan. Maybe it was just our room and the air-con was faulty but I was just thankful it wasn't a particularly hot night.

Beautiful hotel, really modern decor and in a prime location for a city centre stay. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Mini bar prices were also surprisingly reasonable aswell which was great.

The mini fridge was a little bit annoying at night with a strange clunky sound, but it didn’t affect our sleep. Outside can be a bit noisy but other than that, no issues at all.

The overall aesthetic is beautiful and very inviting, the staff were friendly and the room was spacious and extremely comfortable.

The windows are single glazed so you can hear the bins being emptied outside at 6am.

Room 205 There were two issues with the room the fridge took up all our wardrobe space. So very difficult to hang your clothes. The second the steps to different levels in the room. One of our party ended up with black eye tripping down a step. I nearly forgot rail near shower needs to be a rail not a shelf. A really easy fix. Take the glass out. Much more useful to hang your towel than a shelf. So actually 3 but if they sort those things the room would be perfect. There is so much space, put the fridge somewhere else. A few discreet lights on steps. Take glass out of rail near shower a perfect room.

The suite was a good size. The bed was comfy and the view was great from the enormous windows. Also the sound proofing inside the room was good. We were in a very central location but you wouldn’t know because when the windows were closed the room was very peaceful. The staff were so lovely couldn’t have been more helpful and polite. Those guys need a raise 👍
