A beautiful caravan and the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The complimentary items were a god send after a long drive and with restless kids. The owner very accommodating and great Comms when needed. Definitely recommend and use ourselves again if in the area. Thank you.

We were not left with needing anything except some better weather but you can't do much about that.

The caravan was clean and felt well presented. The kitchen had pretty much everything you need to cook your meals and the balcony was large enough for a full size picnic bench on it with room for a couple of sunbeds if you have taken them.

There was absolutely nothing we disliked about Branwood.The trip was memorable.

Had a lovely stay here to visit family. The caravan was spotless and smelt so clean when we entered. Had everything we needed and more including a highchair, childrens toys, games and a travel cot if needed. Another huge bonus was plug sockets near mirrors! (Perfect for getting ready) and the caravan is in a great location. Excellent communication from Jo the owner too. Would have happily stayed for longer! :)

Only negative was a couple of chocolate wrappers under the bed oh and the weather but they couldn’t help that.

Stunning accommodation at a reasonable price, no extra charges for dogs and fantastic easy to get to location.

Nothing we diddnt like atall, the only thing that was a very slight issue. Was the blinds in the master bedroom bathrooms and the one in the kitchen was dirty. (We completely understand why, because the windows have been open and it's dirt from outside but it still wasn't very nice upon arrival) again on the scale of things this was very a slight inconvenience and we Would still come back :)

Hard to say anything bad really, but a suggestion maybe, we took our 13 yr old son & Friend went to the games room few machines out of order a pool table would have been brilliant. And wasn't sure if there was entertainment area would have been great in the evenings. We did have a lovely drink in the Piskie Inn.

Our caravan was amazing, it was absolutely spotlessly clean, the bedding & towels some lovely touches like biscuits, milk in the fridge, toilet paper. Washing up liquid. Was in a great area easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit, Crantock beach, fistral, great western beach. Absolutely loved our stay thankyou we'll see you again thanks ever so 🤩

We found the caravan very comfortable and clean. I didn’t realise on booking that it had 2 bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise with having a teenager. The shower pressure was strong and it easy to adjust the temperature. We cooked on a few occasions and did this we great ease as the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans and utensils. There where a few games, tv and dvd player which came in handy on the day we had rain. The site the caravan was situated on was clean and quiet, we made use of the pool which you booked on the day at 9am, it opened from 10-4.45 for the visitors and it was pleasantly warm. The shop was open 9-5pm and had all the bits and bobs you may need and was reasonably priced. We didn’t use the pixie inn as we tended to venture out to Newquay which is only a 10 minute drive away. The location was fantastic for us as crantock beach was 5 min drive away, we visited the Bowwie inn as the views over the bay where fab, fistral beach was 10 minutes away and st Ives was less than an hour away. We will definitely stay here again in the future to visit the beaches and coves that we missed out on. Thank you for a lovely holiday experience Jo!

Lovely caravan that was clean and modern, had everything you needed ideal for family’s little park opposite short drive to the beach would definitely book again for longer next time personally for that area this time of year it was a bargain the kid’s preferred it to some of the posh cottages

This is feedback and not a complaint: Swimming pool very restrictive times only until 4pm Overflowing bins on the complex Cushions on the sofa had a musty smell Lodge balcony could do with some loungers Also £130 a night you’d expect bath towels to be included

The cooker is quite old and could be more modern.

Arrived at the caravan to find it very clean and cosy inside. A breakfast hamper and kitchen facilities were ideal and all part of the package. The shower was powerful and lovely and the bed comfort was great. The hosts communication has been excellent throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Would stay again without a doubt and the accommodation catered well for myself and my party.
