Appreciate that it listed that there was no towels, but to not have the basic items to keep kitchen items clean wasn’t acceptable for a self catering stay. There were no dish cloths, dish towels or similar.

The property no 91, was clean and pleasant.

About pool bcz we can't bookings pool from first to last day of stay and I want to book you have limited slots and also you don't have time like Monday or more time to 9pm you should to improve this thing as possible as soon either every thing is good

The heater's in the property weren't working at all. Also, the hot water in one of the bathroom wasn't working.

They are not yet fully operational during our stay. But the staff were very helpful and accommodating allowing us to use the arcade late in the evening while we are the only customer. Though, when i inquired weeks before our stat, they say that the outside will be available during our stay but it was not. They also only provided us one toilet tissue for 4 person staying at the accommodation.

No pub opened and we were not a made aware. Also buses to there but no bus stop nearby to leave. As now stopped. So have to get two buses if you want to go from there.

There was no secure garden for the dogs, the beds were too soft, there was no where in the upstairs bathrooms to put shampoo bottles on. The downstairs bedroom was really cold due to no heating

It was very spacious, the house was decorated beautifully throughout we had a lovely time being there.

No separate changing rooms available at the indore pool. No warning of this either. No outside lighting, so arriving late & carrying our stuff down steps in the dark was not ideal.

The 2 bedroom property we stayed in was tired but comfy.

We had 8 lodges in total. One of which was very cold. Heating wasn’t operational and the receptionist wasn’t entirely helpful

I rented 2 properties: 1 for my family and 1 for a friend. Their house was nicely decorated and well-stocked with crockery and glasses. Ours had older furniture, no glasses and was badly in need of redecorating (despite only being 2 doors away. I wonder if the properties are owned and maintained by different people. That said, we were quite happy with our cottage and it was perfect for a short stay.

The resort was nice, clean and kids friendly. Only downside was the lack of Wifi. Mobile network wasnt great there, so, having wifi would definitely be a plus.

The facilities for sitting outside the houses could have been better with more spaces and a barbeque facility. It was impossible for us to book into the pool on our last day because it was full. We had not brought towels - we accept that the information did not say that towels were provided but we had assumed that they would be; it might be good either to provide towels or draw attention to the fact that towels are not provided (we had to buy some). Although toilet rolls were supplied, one per toilet for 4 days is insufficient and there were no replacements and it was irritation to have to buy more.

There was lots of space in the resort and in the houses. We had 3 houses for 8 adults and 6 children and there was enough room in the biggest houses for us all to spend evenings together. We enjoyed using the pools and the outdoors adventure areas. The resort was within easy distance of some wonderful beaches.

Price in the pub and restaurant was really high. Couldn’t use the oven and the dishwasher didn’t work. Had to book to use the pool… never used it as there was never a convenient time.

Bed in the main room was rock hard. The shower was pitiful and the plug in the bathroom sink didn't work. The general grounds and area were tired. It needs a good dose of love and care. Coffee shop in the main facility area was hit and miss with staff leaving early or not turning in. In door pool was nice but didn't use the outdoor one as it isn't heated. Maybe go and have a look at Hedra down the road, outdoor pool is heated and was the centre of everything on the site.
