Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAppreciate that it listed that there was no towels, but to not have the basic items to keep kitchen items clean wasn’t acceptable for a self catering stay. There were no dish cloths, dish towels or similar.

United KingdomThey are not yet fully operational during our stay. But the staff were very helpful and accommodating allowing us to use the arcade late in the evening while we are the only customer. Though, when i inquired weeks before our stat, they say that the outside will be available during our stay but it was not. They also only provided us one toilet tissue for 4 person staying at the accommodation.

SpainNo pub opened and we were not a made aware. Also buses to there but no bus stop nearby to leave. As now stopped. So have to get two buses if you want to go from there.

United KingdomI rented 2 properties: 1 for my family and 1 for a friend. Their house was nicely decorated and well-stocked with crockery and glasses. Ours had older furniture, no glasses and was badly in need of redecorating (despite only being 2 doors away. I wonder if the properties are owned and maintained by different people. That said, we were quite happy with our cottage and it was perfect for a short stay.

United KingdomThe facilities for sitting outside the houses could have been better with more spaces and a barbeque facility. It was impossible for us to book into the pool on our last day because it was full. We had not brought towels - we accept that the information did not say that towels were provided but we had assumed that they would be; it might be good either to provide towels or draw attention to the fact that towels are not provided (we had to buy some). Although toilet rolls were supplied, one per toilet for 4 days is insufficient and there were no replacements and it was irritation to have to buy more.
There was lots of space in the resort and in the houses. We had 3 houses for 8 adults and 6 children and there was enough room in the biggest houses for us all to spend evenings together. We enjoyed using the pools and the outdoors adventure areas. The resort was within easy distance of some wonderful beaches.

United KingdomBed in the main room was rock hard. The shower was pitiful and the plug in the bathroom sink didn't work. The general grounds and area were tired. It needs a good dose of love and care. Coffee shop in the main facility area was hit and miss with staff leaving early or not turning in. In door pool was nice but didn't use the outdoor one as it isn't heated. Maybe go and have a look at Hedra down the road, outdoor pool is heated and was the centre of everything on the site.
