Spacious, great garden space. And the beds were perfect!

Even with the potable heaters it was still quite cold. We made use of the sauna though. We had a house of 11 ladies, definitely more mirrors needed.

This house was just what I needed and kept looking for, for months. Spacious, comfortable and massive. The area where it’s located is perfect and very safe! The host Jae, was an absolute star. Her communication was 10/10. She was on the other side of the phone every time I needed her. She kept checking up on me and my other guests as all she wanted was for us to have a great time. Very rarely you get home owners that are this nice and flexible. I highly recommend this house. I’ll definitely be back whether it’s with friends or family. Thank you Jae once again for being so welcoming 😊

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

The house was huge and so much space for the family. The beds were sooooo comfy. The hodt really made sure you had eveything you needed for a great stay! The garden was lovely. The private Road was just so lovely! The host was amazing, both personal and professional.

There was some aircraft sound, but it's Luton, so we expected it. As we were all busy having fun it wasn't very noticeable 😁

Nothing to dislike.

This house is perfect for a chilled weekend with friends. Plenty of space indoors and out, big garden, barbeque, hot tub and sauna, large dining room table - can easily sit 12. The hot tub is chargeable but this was made clear well in advance. The host was very helpful before, during and after the stay, particularly as I had issues booking via the App (not the host's fault) and helpful and understanding afterwards when we didn't reset the shower correctly (thank you Jae!). House was more than acceptably clean. Kitchen and food prep were very clean including two giant fridge freezers for party food prep. Our group had travelled from various locations so was ideally situated. Lots of private off-road parking in front of the house, 6 or 7 cars easily.

Nothing to not like! Only comment I have is that I couldn’t find oven gloves (used a tea towel instead to take hot stuff out the oven) so might be useful to have an oven glove in the kitchen

Very large house with plenty of space for our group of 14, with a lovely garden, massive kitchen and the perfect living room/dining room for us all to sit together in. Plenty of glasses/kitchenware for everyone to use too. The beds were very comfy too! For our group coming from different parts of the country the house was really easy to get to transport wise- with two stations nearby and very close to M1

The only thing anyone commented on was that when they got in the hot tub, it felt a bit slimy and smelt like old water.

use of the hot tub costs £50 extra, this isn’t necessarily a problem but is something to budget for which wasn’t obvious from the listing

perfect property for a group trip away. we were 12 guests and there were 10 beds so most people had a bed to themselves. kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment/crockery and glasses. nice big garden to enjoy the sun. staff were very kind and posted back a swimsuit which we left behind. deposit was returned swiftly (we had paid via bank transfer a few days before the stay). 30 minutes walk from Luton train station

Large rooms with plenty of communal space. Perfect for a girls weekend away. Kitchen facilities were great, lots of storage! Hot tub was a great bonus.

The planes were very low and busy but that comes with the area we chose.

Area was perfect, not to far from motorway and very easy to find. Felt secure and could relax due the gated security system and other video securities Communication with the propriet or and staff was exceptional very good rapour for understanding our needs; lots of space inside and outside, my boys enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi and a spa even though we did not use the spa as we were too busy with our own planned events to get into it we appreciate the fact that it was readily available but next time we will.

A lovely big property close to Luton Airport and junction 10 of the M1. Very modern interior with plenty of space to chill. Big well-equipped kitchen, and a great selection of comfortable bedrooms. The hot tub and sauna were brilliant. Jae is a brilliant host, and always contactable to sort out any immediate issues.
