The only little thing was that i did not want a Mushroom with my Breakfast and i said it but it was still on there. But that is like not a big thing. :)

Everything. They were so Nice and treatet me and my Girlfriend so perfectly. Next time we will come again. Even when the Payment did not work on the First Day or the Second Day theyre Machine did not want, we figured something out that they have their Money and we could Stay.

The lift wasn't working and I found going up and down 3 flights of stairs a strain as we are in our 70's . The staff were great they did carry our luggage up and down for us.

Stayed 5 nights in a superior king room. Fabulous English Pub with excellent food and location, tube virtually across the road, lovely friendly, helpful staff and a beautiful clean and comfortable room.

We had a really strong perfume odor in our room. I'm not sure if it was from the guest before us or from cleaning products but as someone who has migraines triggered by smells, we had to leave the room and let it air out!

This is the third time staying at this hotel and it never disappoints! You really can't get a better-value hotel in the heart of Earls Court. My husband and I love the rooms, the beds, the breakfast, and the proximity to the tube.

Everything was perfect

Cosy room, very clean and beautifully decorated. Bathroom and facilities were to a very high standard, the bed was very comfortable and the linen crisp and clean. The pub and restaurant within the premises are worth trying . The location is excellent as there are shops and restaurants within walking distance and public transport too, a 10 min ride by tube into Central London.

The breakfast I had got to have been one of the worse we have ever had. (It certain wasn’t the same chef as the evening that’s for sure)

It was very central to amenities, earls Ct underground literally across the road, bus stop out side, friendly staff, clean, complementary beer. 15% off evening meals, and the evening meal was impressive

Nothing... just the small room!

We LOVED our stay at The Blackbird. The room was very small (as described) and not ideal for 2 large suitcases + 2 carry on. However, everything else about this hotel made up for that. Very clean, good air con/heating, quality coffee and chocolates (that were replenished every day!). The included breakfast was fantastic - delicious pastries and fruit, plus a large range of 'cooked to order' meals. Location is exceptional - 30 second walk to Earl's Court tube station, plus buses to South Ken and Chelsea. We will absolutely stay here again.

Nothing really. A bit of noise from traffic but it is a centrally located hotel and I chose this hotel for it's location. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

The breakfast was very good. The fruit tray and yogurt were a great addition to the menu choices. Loved the latte coffee. Good variety of menu options. The staff throughout the hotel were so helpful!

The lift wasn’t working for the duration of our stay, but we were notified a week in advance of this being the case. That said, it was too late to book anything else decent.

The staff, the food, the rooms (although small) were really as they call them “beautiful bedrooms”, the location and the beds.

No additional fire escape

The breakfast was amazing and the complementary free drink was a welcome surprise. The location is fantastic with it being just across the road from Earls Court tube station.
