The stay was slightly let down by the fact that some refurbishments were happening while I was there. When I arrived there was no hot water although it did come on later. I had to look for staff to check in and out because they had to situate themselves in different places due the work in the main reception area. There was some signage about this, but it wasn't particularly clear, and it had not been communicated to me before my arrival.

The room and staff were very good. It is a very nice hotel with very good, helpful staff and really nicely appointed rooms.

The carpet in the room was frayed, and two of the cushions were also worn with a hole in them. For a >£200 one night stay in the most expensive room in the hotel, it was a bit of a dampener. We were only staying the one night, and hopefully as we let the receiptionist know as we checked out, this can be easilly rectified

Very comfortable bed with a relaxing view and great location for exploring the local scene. Room facilites all worked well and we enjoyed the complimentary cakes that awaited us.

This place is a complete gem. Every room is different with little touches such as home made cake. The staff are among the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. I even got specially made vegan cookies on my second night when I asked for plant based milk. The breakfast is actually to die for. Just can’t say enough about how fabulous this place is.

The only thing that could perhaps be better is if the room had an actual wardrobe with doors.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and it had everything one could ask for from such a hotel. In addition, the staff was very nice, polite, and helpful, and their hospitality was as it should be. A traditional and warm hospitality that is difficult to find nowadays, even in 5 star hotels. As an extra, every day, the team left a different home made cake in the room and all of them were very fresh and tasty. The restaurant on the ground floor had very nice food and a fun vibe. Overall, an excellent stay and I would highly recommend Brocco on the Park.

The room was extremely stylish and than bigger than we had expected, as well as being extremely clean. The blueberry cake in our room was a lovely extra touch and went down extremely well with an afternoon cuppa. The complimentary Prosecco was a real unexpected treat too. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was outstanding and extremely good value for money. We can’t recommend Brocco on the Park enough and hope to return soon.

Fabulous rooms really warm welcome on arrival and escorted to my room which was really lovely Glass of bubbles every night in reception which was well received Excellent meal in the restaurant could not fault the service here I will be back !

The complementary cakes in the room and glass of prosecco in the bar were a really nice touch which made us feel valued as customers. The staff very helpful booking a taxi for us and sorting things out when the taxi company made an error in the booking. Nothing was too much trouble.

I loved the room, it had a free standing bath with bubble bath, lovely shower, beautiful cakes left for me. Nice view over the park, floor to ceiling windows/door. Bath robes, smart tv.
