There was no dressing table, however the size of the room was limiting. We were shown the other rooms and they were all very well fitted out.

Wendy & John were very pleasant.They had a good knowledge of the area and places to eat. We enjoyed an excellent full english breakfast. The room was very comfortable and we had good nights sleep. Great quiet location overlooking Llandudno with nearby walks

It was perfect in every way.

Breakfast was delicious and cooked just as we asked and always served promptly. Wendy and John who own the accommodation were so welcoming kind and helpful. The views from the property were stunning and we had glorious views over Llandudno bay.

Firstly, the hosts Wendy & John are the most welcoming, friendly and helpful people. The rooms are excellent, spotless, comfortable and with lovely views. It's so quiet at night, which meant we had a great sleep. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and plentiful made with top quality ingredients. We really enjoyed chatting with John & Wendy, most entertaining. we'll definitely be returning here in the future.

We had a fantastic 4 days, Wendy and John were brilliant hosts who looked after us so very well.

Wonderful! No more changing

The living experience is comparable to a 5 star hotel! We came in November, probably at a bad time of year when many of the programmes were closed, but the living experience here still made us feel very happy with the trip. The owner of the house: “John and Wendy "was very welcoming, gave us a superb English breakfast and was kind enough to provide us with a transfer service, and gave us detailed information about the attractions and excursions here, even down to which restaurant was better. The room was very clean and cosy, and the terrace had a great view of the wide lawn and forest, and even the sea, because of its mid-level location. This is the kind of natural and localised room we were looking for!

This is a beautifully restored old house …. Warm comfortable elegant . Everything works . Wendy and John are kind , efficient and engaged with their guests . There is a genuine interest that you enjoy your time with them - we travelled by train and were picked up at the station - wonderful after a long journey .

There was nothing.

Our room was well decorated, modern and comfortable. We had a little balcony with a view to the garden, peaceful and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was warm and cosy, perfect base to go back to especially when the weather isn’t that great. The property was clean, and our room was spot on. The attention to details in our room and around the property was impressive, from a lovely decorated dining area to our bathroom where everything seemed to have its purpose and “made sense”. The bathroom was modern and the shower was hot and forceful, the temperature in the bathroom was very comfortable too (I’m very sensitive to cold). We loved the location, 20 minutes walking distance to the town centre, we walked back from town and it was a really lovely uphill night walk, recommended! It is quiet and beautiful area. The hosts were very lovely and warm people who from the first moment of our stay did everything to make us feel welcomed. They are very sociable, we had some nice conversations, found out about the area, the history of the house and their story too. They also recommended us a few places with good food and to visit and they were great choices. It’s lovely to see how much work, effort and love they put into this property. All in all the stay added up to our overall great impression of Llandudno and the area, we would highly recommend this property and will one day go back there when we are visiting the town!

Good hosts very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very good choice for breakfast. The food was lovely. The views were amazing. The suite was very clean ,comfortable and cosy. The log fire was an added bonus.

The place is lovely, superbly fitted out and has everything you need. John and Wendy are excellent hosts and tour guides. It is in a lovely quiet area outside of Llandudno up a hill overlooking the sea and coast.

Just a little too far up the hill to walk to promenade, but free parking on promenade was a bonus. So taking car didn't matter

The only thing that could have been better was the luxury of time to enable us to stay longer!

We booked two rooms (Rose & Jade) which were both superb, each with a balcony (always a plus) with a generous amount of tea, coffee, milk etc. and lovely bathroom accessories. A very comfortable King size bed in each room. Splendid breakfast too.

The weather - too windy for the Snowdon train to run.....but I realise this was outside our hosts' remit!

Everything., from a warm friendly welcome, through tasty breakfasts, through a well-stocked comfy room with a lovely view from the balcony, through the tour of Llandudno from our host on arrival, to lifts to one of our chosen (recommended) eateries. What's not to like!!

The lane up to Bryn Goleu was a bit steep , but the sea View was worth going 🌊🌅
