Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThere are 3 lifts to the hotel, this isn't enough, felt like we were always waiting ages. Used the stairs on one occasion. Hubby loved his kippers off the breakfast menu, I had the eggs benedict, wasn't the best. I preferred the buffet.
Loved that the room was newly refurbished. I chose a canal view, which was great, 9th floor, the buffet breakfast was great, I had this included in my booking. I used the parking which is under the arches. Aircon In room. Loved the welcome cookie. Room has an iron and board, safe, tea coffee facility and nice toiletries.

United KingdomShower quality average ,fixtures and fittings appeared cheap .Shower head quit loose on wall bracket that rises on falls to height level, and door to Shower seemed like budget brand .room was warm and don't like air conditioning to sleep I'm, but couldn't open window due to planes going over (obvs that can't be helped !) For tge price I'd deffinately stay again

United KingdomOn arrival,not being told about any of the amenities and this included if we could add breakfast. It was not until we were checking out that we could see that the hotel did this. The bar area - we just wanted a few drinks and we were made to feel guilty as we didn’t want food. A lot of staff in bar area standing about and we could hear managers talking down about a certain customer. I have still scored high as overall only a few members of staff have let you down.

Especially the sky garden and bottomless brunch. Food and drinks were really good value for money. Will 100% be going back again :)
