Very welcoming, we were treated as if we were part of the family, perfect hosts. The bedroom was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We loved the little touches, milk in the fridge, Welsh cakes and as one of us has allergies, soya milk and gluten Free treats as well. Nothing was too difficult and they even checked availability in local restaurants for us. We couldn't fault it.

Fabulous hosts, lovely accommodation with a big room and bathroom, exceptional value for money. Mike & Lesley were only to happy to help. Great breakfast and location. Literally on the doorstep to the beach. A great touch were the Welsh cakes in the room. Will stay again and would recommend.

Owners were fantastic hosts in every possible way. Great location. Good breakfasts, immaculately clean and well organized. They were helpful in supplying ideas about the area. They were very kind and thoughtful to everyone. Of all of the dozens of B&B'S we have stayed in, theirs is the best. Everything about the stay was perfect.

The welcome and friendliness of the hosts, location was good for accessing the beach and promenade, good recommendations on where to go for an evening meal. Clean and tidy. Nothing too much trouble for the hosts.

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

This hotel is Spotless. The hosts are warm and friendly. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Continental breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend this place.

Anything here would be nitpicking.

Mike and Lesley were very welcoming and always ready to help with local tips or plans. I was planning to leave very early one morning and they kindly made up a breakfast tray so I wouldn't miss out.

Our room was situated on the second floor. No problem for us but it could be a challenge for less mobile guests.

The hospitality shown by Mike & Leslie was first class, they couldn’t have been more helpful. Our room was really comfortable and very clean with comfy chairs and a super bed. Plenty of storage and hanging space too. We also really enjoyed the tea, coffee, fresh milk, biscuits and Welsh cakes. The en-suite shower room was spacious with lots of hot water.

There is nothing I would say I didn’t like, a pity we were only there for one night. Although no parking on the premises plenty of road space.

Nothing to not like, the mother in law had the best time as I did myself.

The building has so much personality itself, decorative with lots of beautiful pictures and ornaments, and what I would call antiques.. beautiful throughout. The owners are so friendly, accommodating, and overall beautiful couple with lots of insight into beautiful local spots, usually overlooked by tourists. The views from the garden are beautiful, literally 1min walk to the beach. Cosy, quiet beautiful spot, and Mike and Lesley perfect hosts in a beautiful building.

Nothing to dislike ....

Warm friendly welcome from Mike. Room 5 nicely presented with all usual facilities including fresh milk in a little fridge . We had a very comfortable night. We enjoyed the breakfast although there's no cooked breakfast which we're not fused about ,there was plenty of options for breakfast . Really enjoyed the natural yoghurt pot with fruit , various pastries , ham & cheese & Freshly ground coffee . Mike & Lesley couldn't do enough for us. We couldn't fault anything . The Colourn is in a nice position handy for walking along the prom to both the pier & Rhos on sea. We would definitely love to stay again .
