the person on reception very rude this has happened on my last 2 visits.

we have stayed here a few times but wont be returning due a few staff being rude and not professional other members of staff are great and could not do enough for you overall i have had words with this member of staff on this visit and my visit before she is very rude and un professional in what she does this is a person on the reception when you book in if you are reading this as the manager feel free to contact me and i will speak to you regarding this person who in my opinion should not be working for you.

The bedroom was too hot and the air conditioning was a little tricky to work. Receptionist wasn’t very friendly, didn’t make eye contact. Only two glasses in bathroom for three people staying.

Facilities with pool were very dated and not clean. Below our room window, there were the engineering facilities, which were really noisy at times A better window insulation would be really necessary.

We really liked the spacious room with the big, comfortable bed, everything was clean and the bathroom was surprisingly huge. Breakfast was a very nice experience with a delicious hot and cold selection of food.

Breakfast staff were very busy and looked stressed. Pool was either too deep or too shallow for our children. I forgot to check depth when booking. Not vegan options on set menu.

Changed rooms due to being given a room on the third floor with a very high small window with no outlook whatsoever, only to be given another room overlooking the garbage bins etc … not good. Probably our fourth stay in that hotel, if given a room in the position again it would be our last stay.

Hair in bath,bath didn't look clean,you can hear people's conversation very clearly from next door,quiet uncomfortable,

Only downside was the shower, it needs ether another screen due to all the water spilling out onto the floor, which is a health and safety risk. Or the screen to be placed on the opposite side of the shower.

Our room was clean, big and comfy. Breakfast was lovely. Staff was brilliant.

Excessive car park charge for residents

Room was a good size and well appointed. Opening windows makes a change from most hotels.

Some facilities were starting to slightly show their age. I was put in a joined room which was only separated by a door from the adjacent room (room 118 and 117) which meant I could hear everything from the room next door, even quiet talking. It was pretty expensive for what it was.

The property was nice overall with a nice bar/restaurant. I believed I may have left something behind after checkout and when I called the hotel, the reception staff and housekeeping staff were very helpful trying to locate it. The room was clean and comfortable

Unable to have double bed without paying extra. Room advertised as double/twin bed and emailed to ask for double at time of booking. Twin beds pushed together and when asked for a double told I would have to pay extra for executive room Same menu for both nights and was limited choice from main menu

The location was ideal. So close to touchwood shopping centre with assortment of places to eat. So no need for inclusive package. Ideal for our visit to motorcycle museum. Friendly staff. Bargain inclusive package breakfast and evening meal. Access to pool and spa area. Great parking Would stay again due to location and general presentation of hotel but would make more use of local eateries which very close to hotel.

The mattress of main bed was uncomfortable. Pillows unsupported and too soft. Sofa bed was uncomfortable too but is okay for one night. Could be an issue if staying for several days. Room a tad pricey but was okay for us as we split the cost between us. Spa and swimming area looking a little tired.

Room was a good size for 3 friends to share. Bathroom was massive! Breakfast good Service of staff at reception and breakfast exceptional Restaurant food for evening meal was good.

The hotel food was very poor and very expensive for what it was. Bar prices very expensive and spirit measures were left short. When I queried this, one of the bar staff told me that they were instructed to serve the measures short. Not impressed !

Very good cooked breakfast but very poor cooked meats with the cold fare.

Noisy radiator which needed bleeding. Could hear a generator running outside all night but low level.

Nice bar, leisure complex was excellent, and a very good and reasonable priced breakfast.

Small windows in dark room, no view déspite top floor room. Bed and pillows a bit hard.

Bathroom with a bath, thé kettle, tea and coffee, gym, spacious. Opposite Touchwood.
