The room was clean and in a perfect location. The staff were excellent I had forgotten my watch and they were able to recover this for me until I could collect it.

Noise from some sort of electrical shower pump. Neighbours had shower late at night and the noise in my room was awful. Couldn't sleep for over an hour

The hotel is based next to the station and I'd definitely stay again. Have realistic expectations and you won't be disappointed. Everything you need it there.

Although it was clean and well presented, the room was quite small for a double, it also had no window. We would most likely request a bigger room with a window on our next stay to make it more comfortable.

It was really basic no luxury or comfort the bed was hard as bricks and only 1 pillow each no room to swing a cat not even facilities to make a beverage in the room just a simple coffee machine in lobby and vending machine it is not a hotel more like a hostel

The bed was hard and the pillows flat (even though the lovely lady in reception gave us extra pillows) and we only had one bath towel 🤷🏼‍♀️

The location is excellent! The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was basic but clean and the shower was powerful.

The room felt claustrophobic. You had to walk sideways around the bed as there was hardly any room. No bin in the main room. The mattress was hard and pillows flat. You could hear the toilet from the room next door.

The room was fine. We had to ask for clean bedding but that was sorted straight away. The staff were all lovely, especially Eliza, she was very helpful from when we walked through the door and was sweet enough to upgrade us to a room with a skylight. She has great customer service! Great location as well.

The room was quite hot, and the air conditioning kept turning itself off (I think it was broken, as the light on the panel kept flashing with an error code on screen).

The property is in a very convenient central location, around the corner from New Street station. I stayed in a windowless room, and that meant that I could get a good mid-afternoon nap, as if it were the middle of the night. The staff were very helpful too. I had an issue, where the TV wasn’t plugged in and remote not working. The fellow behind the desk came and helped to fix this problem. Upon check out, Amber, was very polite, cheerful and a lovely ambassador for the easyHotel brand.

Great location but very very noisy - even on the third floorn - on a Saturday night. I also would have liked to know beforehand that the hotel takes "basic" to a whole new level.. I was expecting a tad more given the cost (£100+ for one night), even though I appreciate the rules of supply and demand.

The staff were exceptional: welcoming, engaging and helpful.
