We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Amenities for an event at world resorts arena were great. Reception staff were very helpful and the housekeeping staff too.

United KingdomCost was a little on the high side, especially when you are bringing a fair size family along for a stay. Small picky thing, I prefer to have a chain / deadbolt on the door rather than rely on the access control, but then I'm funny about these things.
The room was fantastic, well laid out, very clean and of a good size. The showering / bathroom facilities were excellent, very clean and in good condition. I was also pleasantly surprised at the choice between a waterfall type or conventional shower. (It's the small things) Despite there being a convention ongoing, the room was very quiet and allowed us to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast offered was of good quality and provided enough choices to satisfy my entire family of picky eaters. More importantly I never felt rushed to get out and give the table to other guests. Dinner was of an excellent quality and the servers polite and friendly throughout.

United KingdomWe prefer instant coffee to Nespresso coffee so the Nespresso machine was unnecessary clutter in the room. The tea tray was ideal and it would be great to have had an extra sachet of tea and instant coffee each.
Lovely room with most comfortable bed. Great attention from the staff looking after the room. A very nice touch was provision of a bottle of still and sparkling water every day. Much appreciated. Excellent breakfast with the option of individual specially made extras. Breakfast staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out.

Staff were friendly and professional. The room was lovely and spacious, comfortable and quiet. The location is great for events at the arena. A good breakfast with vegan options. Room service also has vegan options which is nice.

GuernseyWe would have preferred equal plug points on each side of the bed, not just one. Also, would have preferred a smart tv to enter our Netflix details, etc. The shower was very confusing and high power sprayed each of us separately. They should clarify that you can turn it to the left to get the top shower instead of having to go clockwise!
The bedding was very comfortable, particularly the pillows. Normally hotel pillows are so limp but these were perfect. Also it was just the right temperature with the fan on high. The rooms were cleaned well and cleaning staff were amazing when we left a note asking for more face cloths and cookies!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, this was our late honey moon and we received nothing but 5+ treatment, the hotel room was amazing with a beautiful view, the suite we had was next to the sky bar and the cocktails were made perfectly and the breakfast was out of this world, nothing like your average buffet, they even have a gourmet menu that you can pick from. The spa facilities unfortunately we didn't get time to use but the staff offered to let us use them until 3pm the next day until our parking ran out which is so kind of them. We even went and used the vr experience which blew our minds and then ended it with a trip to Miller and carter (you really can't get much better than that) everything was reasonably priced and like I said the staff were nothing but genuinely nice people who actually cared about your stay. We will be coming back.

United KingdomWe had dinner at the Sky restaurant. My steak was very undercooked and the food was expensive for what we had. We would probably eat in one of the many restaurants around the Arena next time.
We were in Birmingham to see Tool at the Arena. This hotel was in an excellent location, two minutes walk to the venue. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice.
