There nothing that I didn’t like about this place.

Mostly the accommodation was more than expected and the surrounding with play ground which my son really liked and enjoyed.

Mary, Vince and the children are so lovely. It's only a short walk to the centre of Cannich and a short drive to stunning Glen Affric. We had a great time and everything we needed!

The accommodation is clean, beautiful, and has everything you need, including lots of different types of coffee. The place is beautiful and serene. Shop and pub within a 5 min walk.  It's also opposite a waterfall and we could see the stars at night. We didn't want to leave. Vince is also very helpful and very nice too!!

Nothing I didn't like. Maybe a higher table could be added to the apartment/ studio I was using but generally the place was excellent.

Great location very close to beautiful Glen Affric and perfect for the local Munros like Mam Sodhail and Carn Eighe. My room was like an apartment/studio so I had pretty much all I needed. The owner was very friendly indeed and I enjoyed my conversations with him and his family, who were very welcoming. There were excellent outdoor facilities too. I would definitely go back.

The only very minor thing was the sofa bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked… hard metal joint in the middle, but manageable.

The location was excellent…peaceful, rural setting. The apartment was huge and very well equipped with everything we needed… very modern. Great to have a washing machine.

Clean and well equipped chalet with lots of outdoor children play facilities. A peaceful environment with little light pollution. Impressed for the starry night sky Strong shower and washing machine with drying function a credit.

An amazing cabin located in the beautiful cannich Village. Great hiking around, generous and friendly hosts, the apartment is well equipped with all necessary kitchenware. Good prices! Overall, we had a great time and we highly recommend!

The only thing that might be added is the Blackout curtains to ensure no light at all during summer nights

Beautiful location and great host, he suggested us what all we can explore and was very approachable. The property has a great play garden for kids with swings, slides trampoline etc. it was great

The stay was amazing, only advice would be to may be leave a mop in the apartment so the guests can clean up the floor if they decide to cook themselves whilst staying.

Amazing location and a beautiful property. The owners were a lovely family with beautiful play areas which was very peaceful. Would definitely recommend this place.

From start to finish this place is beautiful, well kept and run by a fantastic family who did everything to make our stay memorable, which they did, from the adults to the children they were brilliant, The chalet was so up to date with everything you could possibly need, even down to the kitchen taps with colour changing lights, I'd give this place higher marks if they were available 😍

Quite homely and welcoming. Quite and easy access to Locn Ness. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen well equipped. Bathrooms and other facilities are good. Beds were really comfi. Children park available. Host was very polite and helpful. Defined recommend.

Nothing. We had a car and didn’t mind the drive out to the Fort Williams and Aviemore areas for our chosen outings. The Retreat is close to Loch Ness.

The accomodations were very clean, comfortable and modern. Everything seemed new and well thought out. Very kind hosts. Would definitely stay there again.

We really liked the place, quiet and comfortable, there are beautiful places to walk near. Convenient parking. Vince Mary and the kids are very nice and welcoming, ready to help with anything you need. The new house is fully equipped and very clean. We only stayed for one night on our way to the next destination, but the kids did not want to leave. We had a lot of fun
