The only bad note is an automatic light in the closet, that kept turning on everytime we move because it was not possible to close the door of closet completely… but we managed not to pay much attention to it.

Limited options for breakfast.

When I checked in the room that was given to me doesn’t have a/c. The reception guy helped me transferred to a new room and upgraded me to a suites. Given that I am so tired due to long travel and not feeling well the reception guy makes it as fast as he can so I can rest right away. Kiddos to the reception guy unfortunately I forgot his name.

Only thing I didn't like was we only stayed 2 nights

It was our first time staying Together and hotel saint made it an miracle by giving us their best room as a birthday gift. It was much more than we expected and we had so much fun.

Aircon was very aggressive regardless of settings so I had to continually switch it on and off to achieve preferred ambient condition.

Location perfect for my needs, right next to a tube station and on the edge of the City. Room was large enough to work in, spotlessly clean and good shower.

Everything was great - if there was one negative it was that the lifts seemed very slow.

Check in was fantastic and the rooms were kept super clean. Really well located with 3 tube stations nearby.

Room was very small. It looked much bigger on the website, so you could say the photography mis-respresented the room (a bit of a deception). Spouse did not like the black bathroom and she missed the bathtub, which is her preference as opposed to a shower.

Excellent downtown location was close to historic Tower of London and the Thames river, which was great for stepping out on the town.

The only thing I feel there could be an improvement is the breakfast menu as I had the same dish for 3 days in a row as I didn't know what else to choose! To be fair there are like 9-10 items on the menu but they all didn't sound very tasty when I read it. I went for the avocado toast but would love to go for something else when they have more choices.

This is a very good choice as it's right next to Aldgate tube whilst Aldgate East and Fenchurch Street stations are just 5min walk away which is super convenient. For 10min walk you will get to London Liverpool Street station which is also very good. The hotel is located not far from many restaurants in the direction of London Liverpool Street station so all good. Don't forget to checkout the bar on the 14th floor with a great view of the city's old CBD quarter which is vibrant when it comes to night time. I didn't check it out for sunset but I guess it'd be very nice too! Pretty much every room got a view so this is another thing I like about this hotel. The janitor lady was very nice as she tidied up my room everyday without me asking for it (I know some other hotels they just do it upon request). I will definitely book this one again next time I'm in the city.
