Bathroom door handles were to difficult to turn. Bathroom bits were towels, condtioner and moisture, which was a little odd. Simple soaps and toothpaste would have been better. Room was very cold first might but an extra duvet made the difference. Deco but tired, but staff made the difference, especially the cleaning team x

Initially I couldn't get the TV to work. Eventually I realised a switch on the back of the TV had been turned off.

The bedroom area of the hotel was quiet, and the location was good, close to bus stops and about a 10 minute bus ride away from the town centre. The cooked breakfast was excellent.

Tiny bit of mould around the shower, an easy fix and can be addressed. I will stay again, but it will bother me if this is a trend.

For the price, it was perfect. I cannot criticise. The staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful.

Bedroom lighting could be brighter. No hand soap in the bathroom but I always travel with my own.

Needed to spend three days in Doncaster and wanted to try something different to the usual places. The location is convenient for most places in Doncaster. The restaurant's regular carvery meal is great value as always and very good. The breakfasts was also very good with decent variety. The rooms are spacious and to a good standard although the soundproofing isn't quite the same as some more modern places. The beds are firm but not uncomfortable and there's a decent desk and tea/coffee available.. There's ironing facilities and a separate oil heater in addition to the central heating. Outside, there's enough parking and it's free. Best of all the staff are amazing, polite and friendly and this makes for a great stay. Emma is a star but in reality they are all wonderful. I'll be staying here again.

When we arrived with autistic grandson, there was no staff. Eventually one arrived that says she couldn't sign us in arrived. Meanwhile we waited around 10-15 minutes while my grandson was getting more stressed pulling my daughter around who had recently had surgery. We arrived quite late so there were not many customers in. After eventually getting into our room we were finally able to relax

Came with my daughter and her son. The room was fabulous all arranged with sofa bed made . Very happy with room and all amenities thankyou.

Couldn't figure out how to use the shower.

The bedroom was lovely. Clean, modern, comfy bed and pillows. Small but a perfectly good size. TV, kettle plus tea, coffee etc. Great sized TV. And so cosy after a freezing day on a Christmas market. Lighting and sockets were more than enough. Rally cosy.
