The checking in process was a bit of a mess. We had to ring the property carer who wasn't on site to let us in. We had to wait for another resident coming out of the property to get inside. We were then told the wrong code to access the key until after a few minutes the carer realised she had given us the wrong code.

Clean and modern, would certainly come back if we ever needed to fly from Luton again. The décor has been well thought of and the apartment has a great ambience overall.

Aircraft noise pollution during the night and some improvements in the cleaning. Overall it was okay & recommended.

Overall location is remote, however it is good if you will be travelling outside Luton using your own transport. It is also good if you would need to travel to London as train station is 5 minutes walk from the building and train operates on 24 hours basis. By taking a train & an underground you will be in central London within 40 minutes. Building security. Building is equipped in such a way that it will not allow unauthorized people accessing it. So I felt secure in it. Owner's communication. The communication with the owner during my stay and before was superb. Anytime I needed to ask something to the owner he replied immediately within minutes. Communication was completed through whatsapp. Value for money. Not expensive for staying in London. Fire safety, apartment and all condominium was equipped with a fire alarm and detection system. Apartment had ample space.

David the host met us & showed us how everything worked - plenty of tea coffee washing up stuff etc. Very quiet & brand new

The curtains are not dark and a little light came through them which made us wake up early.

As soon as I closed the apartment, the owner contacted me and asked me to inform him when I was landing and the time of arrival. The owner picked us up from the field in Luton, accompanied us to the apartment at a late hour and explained to us where the train station was that we would have to take to the cave. The apartment itself is well equipped, electricity with USB connection, fully equipped kitchen, hot water and cleanliness at the highest level. The apartment is suitable for 6 people and we were 4. Overall, the value for money is really worth it and I would go back there every time I have to spend a night in Luton.

Kitchen Utensils are a bit sparse.

The location was perfect, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The roof terrace is worth checking out. Great views of the planes from Luton Airport.

Received car parking tickets when parked at allocated bays. Hassle to appeal etc... No dish washer/washing machine

My colleague received a parking ticket despite host saying it was OK to park where she had parked! More mirrors needed especially in bedrooms close to plug sockets for hairdryers etc Instructions for TV needed

Fantastic Apartment. Everything we could need for an easy nights stay for work. Check in was perfect, spotlessly clean. Will 100% be back. No more googling for hotels in Luton. This is the one.

This apartment is very nice, comfortable and safe. The owner was very kind, and really helpful. When we arrived there, the owner few minutes after already showed us the apartment and the private and free car park. There is a two spacious room, one of them have private bathroom, and the other is large as well. There is a open kitchen, and the sitingroom. We were as a two family and we find everything what we wanted. If I want to visit in Luton, I wil be use this service again.

Although David provided fans, the apartment was very warm. Although this is to be expected in August in fairness. This is not a problem really just something to note.

The host David was very kind and professional. The apartment is in excellent condition, it was very clean and bright. It is in a fantastic location for airport access also.
