Lovely hotel we honestly cannot fault a thing. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and the hotel is in a great spot. Staff were all really nice and accommodating too.

Close to the train line. I was on 11th floor and still heard it when opened the window. I was allowed to stay an extra 30 minutes at checkout. I asked for 1 hour originally.

Efficient and swift automated check in and out, nice clean room, comfy bed, good shower, very quiet on the floor we were on (12). Great choice for breakfast and all well cooked, nice bar.

No toiletries in room except for hand and body wash. Breakfast was crowded at peak time.

Excellent staff service prior to visit, and clear directions for check-in online and check-out, making it easier to avoid any queues. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and bathroom clean and functional. There was no street noise with windows closed. About a 10-15 minute walk into the Town Hall centre/trams and quite a bit further for the main shopping areas. Car parking nearby does not belong to the hotel but seemed fine and is only a couple of minutes walk away.

It’s not the property. It’s the car park opposite. It’s the most convenient but has a deserved reputation for vandalism. So we chose another car park. If it had been raining or cold it would have been a bit inconvenient to walk from the circle square ncp car park. Having said that, we did discover an ncp that was closer but not sure that was open to the public.

Clean , comfortable bed, good location for our needs. Close to nice place to eat. Friendly , very helpful, polite staff. Tram service although I didn’t get a chance to use it myself I heard it was excellent way to get around.

Our room 416 was lovely but it was bit cramped and not enough counter space to put our things. A bar fridge would have been very helpful for us as we were travelling for awhile and had a few things to keep cold. All minor things but something to think about.

We like the location, the gym and the staff were cordial.

The security with the lift system. Having to tap your room card before you could use the lift. Close proximity to bars,shops etc

I have no complaints!

The location of the hotel is very central to Manchester which is good. The agreement with the parking next to the hotel is also ideal as you pay at the hotel, at a reduced rate. There is the ability to check in online or via a kiosk when you arrive, or with the reception desk - this can save a bit of time if there is a queue at the desk! The rooms are a great size, ideal for single or couples travelling. Room was spotless throughout as was the rest of the hotel.
