Barely any sound insulation, so I could hear my nextdoor neighbour talking at 1am, also can hear all the drunk people coming out the lift all through the night. Pillows were awful...I get they might be feather filled but they were honestly terrible with no neck support. Spyhole in door was broken so couldn't see who was outside the door (I was a lone female guest). Yoghurt at breakfast was out of date.

Decor was classy, location of hotel was great, nice cooked breakfast, staff lovely. Nice big windows made the small room feel much bigger.

Very disappointed that the bar closed at 11pm. We went to a concert & we’re looking forward to a nightcap. Very surprised to find the bar pretty full but closed at 11:10.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We were given a free upgrade when we checked in which was fab! The room was very spacious and comfortable with a great breakfast in the morning. We had a lovely stay🙂

It’s not the property’s fault but when we stayed at a weekend we could still hear the noise from at least one local club from our room on the 4th floor coming from outside before 1am. I would suggest the council need to consider a noise abatement or control notice as it was soooo loud. The location is brilliant for the station and the bars and clubs but this goes into the Sunday (we stayed on a bank holiday) and some people might find it a bit much

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was a great size with very helpful facilities to make tea and coffee and store your own milk. Very important! The room accommodated dogs and provided a lovely dog bed and bowls.

The shower control/tap was faulty and stiff. It made it really difficult to shower as it was near impossible to alter the temperature to anything below 40 degrees. Couldn't locate a kettle or tea facilities in the room?

The lady at the desk was very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff I encountered were also very pleasant. The room was really nice and extremely clean. The location was perfect for our needs.

While sympathetic and happy to give to street beggars, they were a little bit insistent in the immediate locale, whereas further up in the City Centre they were more passive. A bit of friendly light-touch Police presence wouldn't go amiss on Friday and Saturday nights. We had elderly relatives with us who were slightly disconcerted. Not a major problem.

Well appointed room in great location for the central Leeds wedding we were attending. Good bars and restaurant in immediate vicinity, including the venue for the wedding reception (Shears Yard). Well placed for the Royal Armouries Museum and Rail Station.

The carpet was shabby so it looks a little unclean in the hallways and rooms and lobby. The lift is faulty and kept jamming between floors which was scary. We reported it to reception but they didn’t fix it. I also paid for a late check out and the woman on reception was hassling us in the room from the regular check out time and checked us out early. When I questioned her about it she said don’t worry instead of apologising or offering to refund the money. She was extremely unprofessional and clearly had not been trained properly.

Beautiful building in a great location. Great idea to have drinks vouchers in return for not having room cleaned as an eco friendly initiative.

I stayed for a night out in leeds and got in very late. There were no staff on the reception and lifts didn't have the key activated use so just made me feel like it wasn't entirely secure as a girl out on my own. I mean I'm sure it was but it crossed my mind.

Big comfy bed, bathroom really modern and clean. Little touches like coffee machine ect, robes ect always make a stay more comfortable. Great central location.

Although there are tea and coffee facilities in the room a couple of bottles of water and some real milk at that price range in a little fridge I would expect.

Clean and had some character to the rooms and building. Shower and bed were amazing and location was perfect to visit Leeds.

It was our mini-moon vacay and both myself and partner communicated this separately and yet when we arrived the staff had no idea and said we would have been given extra things- they did apologise and gave some extras but was disappointing they hadn’t received our communication through either Booking.com or directly to hotel.

Checking in and out were both quick, easy, efficient and friendly. My room, 229, was spacious and comfortable with a big en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was good, although a wider choice of bread would be nice (it's just sliced white or brown). The hotel location is handy for the station and the city centre. There is a Co-Op convenience store nearby, which is handy.
