The location is not good and the main road outside is extremely busy and there were a lot of undesirables around. We felt nervous when outside walking the dogs.

We were supposed to get free soft drinks in the fridge but there weren't any in there we spoke to reception and they said they couldn't do anything about it as housekeeping had gone home

Nothing in swimming pool area improved. (Since my last visit) Still no steam room working.Still broken plaster on wall in swimming area.( see pics) No ramp on entrance for disable people.

The room was very cold and the heating system did not work which was not very pleasant and we wasn't the only one to complain about this. Such a shame as the room was very nice and would of been the perfect stay and would of been nice to use again in the future but unsure now as wouldn't want this to happen in the future.

The staff was friendly and informative. Clean tidy rooms and comfortable beds.. Breakfast very tasty Good facilities

1. Floor in bedroom uneven, impacts vertigo and frequently tripping over on our steps. 2. Chair stained in the bedroom making it very uneasy to sit on, somewhat disgusting and just cannot think what the stain marks were. 3. Arrived at hotel, which was almost empty yet put at the very back of the building. 4. The main purpose for selecting your hotel was the Spa. On arrival was told steam room out of order. This was extremely disappointing and impacted our weekend away. This was our anniversary. It was very upsetting and disappointing!!

Steam room still not fixed for several months now.Hole on wall still not fixed in pool area. Damp horrible smell in lounge area.(see photos) No ramp at front entrance for people with disabilities.

Still damp foisty smell in lounge area carpet started turning green now since last visit. No ramp at front entrance for disable people, so awkward with stairs and suitcase.

Easy access to city via bus.Reception staff and bar staff very professional. Shout out to Daniel who works at the gym/swimming pool. Very enthusiastic smiling worker and gentleman.

This hotel is great - spacious rooms, good breakfast, excellent swimming pool, sauna room and jacuzzi. The staff were great, super friendly, happy to bring me an iron and upgraded my friend for free upon finding out he was getting marired

Couldn’t really fault anything - we wanted a reasonable hotel close to family (the reason for our visit) and this hotel matched our expectations. We didn’t opt for any meals in the hotel so can’t comment on the food etc.

Great location and easy to walk into Nottingham city centre. Parking isn’t free but there are plenty of parking spaces and paying for the parking was very easy & simple. The staff we interacted with were all extremely friendly and very helpful and couldn’t fault any of them. We opted for a slightly larger room and it was light & spacious and very comfortable. We were facing the back of the hotel and there were no issues with any noise.

The bed seemed comfortable, but turned out to be quite hot, and also had a slight dip in the middle.

The member of staff in the swimming pool was unfair to a customer child and he wiped are room keys it was very frustrating having gone to are room to have to go to reception and get a new card
