Very nice, clean B&B. Breakfast was really nice and good quality food. Ideal room and location was good as 10min walk from the centre of Betws Y Coed. The hosts were really helpful and friendly!

Location is perfect right next to the miners bridge and swallow falls. Easy access to travel around Snowdonia. Hosts were excellent and we felt very well looked after with Jeanette suggesting places to visit everyday during our stay. The rooms were in impeccable condition and we very much felt at home.

Jeanette and Steve were very friendly, nothing too much trouble, lovely extra little touches. They had helpful knowledge and tips about the area. Food was delicious, healthy, well presented, hot and freshly served. Lovely room, very clean. They made my holiday extra special.

Jeanette and Steve's warmth is enough to give this place a 10/10, but the location, ease of access to most of the trails, amenities at par make this an excellent choice! The amazing breakfast spread was the perfect way to start our day before heading out, definitely coming back here !

Very well located for getting out in the Mountains with great local amenities. The owners were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home, they also communicated with us well before and during our stay to ensure all our needs were met.

The room was very warm, but turning off the radiators soon brought the temperature down, and I had a good nights sleep. My only criticism is one of personal choice and not a failing in the B&B, which was that the bed was a little too soft for my liking. This will not deter me from returning, as I certainly will.

This place was easy to find and had good parking. The key collection system is a great idea, allowing you to arrive whenever you want without booking in. The place is decorated to a high standard, and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fantastic and much to choose from; a wide selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, and a nice selection of cooked options to. The hosts Jeanette & Steve are friendly and personable and clearly have high standards for their customers, they do not disappoint. It is a wonderful place with wonderful people.

Jeanette and Steve were so lovely to chat to, friendly and helpful. The bedroom was lovely, bed comfortable and Jeanette had added lovely touches to the room 🌼 The bathroom was clean and shower hot. Breakfast was gorgeous with a good choice of items. Eggs were cooked to perfection. Parking was great, plenty of space, wifi was fab and we would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you Jeanette for going out your way and returning my charger i left in the room, much appreciated. We loved your duck collection 🦆

Everything was great here. If I was to have any suggestions it might be the towels, as they were quite thin. However they were clean and fresh and very useable. Just a personal preference.

Loved the cleanliness and how cosy this property was. Bed linen was really fresh and clean. Bed was comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and easy to contact. As we couldn’t make breakfast the hosts kindly made us breakfast to take away which was really lovely. It was like a surprise treat for us as we went driving to our next destination. We really liked this guest house. Thank you for having us.
