Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I had injured my back, and they upgraded me to a triple room on the first floor so that I didn't need to climb a second set of stairs. The room, including bathroom, was spotless. The bath sheets were a bonus.

United KingdomGreeted by very professional and friendly reception staff on both check in/out. Friendly attentive staff at the bar and serving breakfast; all staff a credit to the business. The room was exceptionally clean. Large comfortable bed. Shower was excellent with strong pressure and perfect temperature control. Clean and fresh towels and bedding. Quality furniture in the room, plenty of storage. Breakfast was lovely.

United KingdomAfter i mentioned to the team i had a child with a disability they give me the room on the top most floor , i had a blue badge and yet i didn’t have a space reserved for us , even though i got parking it was on a steep hill, which was not suitable for me , to climb up everytime to the top most floor was difficult for us , however the customer service of every single staff member was fab, always ready to help , the location is fab, we just stayed for two days to get around was easy , room was decent , beds very comfortable, no problem otherwise

We were so pleased with the Porth Veor Manor Hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel was clean. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We really appreciate the alternative milks and vegetarian options. We’d happily stay there again.
