Hot and Cold water mixers are a little bit difficult to operate, which can be improved, But this is absolutely a no blocker for anyone to book in.

Fiona and Juliet are very humble and kind people. Extremely helpful and generous. I would highly recommend visiting and staying in this property. Excellent location, Excellent hospitality and amazing location!!! Nothing else is needed for a perfect family vacation ❤️ Thanks a lot Fiona.

White curtains on the windows of my room, which didn't help my jet lag and meant that I woke very early in the UK summer. But that was particular to my case, and is not a general problem.

The welcome from the owners and the overall atmosphere were exceptional. I arrived from overseas in the evening and, in spite of their own family concerns on that day, the owners made sure that I was informed in advance, and that arrangements were in place for me to settle in to my room. For breakfast, a superb spread, even with fresh local kippers (to be ordered a day in advance) which, living overseas, I had not eaten for years! My room was very quiet, and there was no intrusive noise at all.

There was no restaurant or bar on the premises (we did know this when we booked so not their fault). However, the walk back from town is a steep walk up the hill - this ended up being a bit of a pain in the butt when we were caught without snacks on day 2, and needed a meal on day 1 after our evening snooze as we were feeling lazy from too much exploring (or too many cocktails lol). ;) There is a lovely breakfast spread in the mornings though.

Fiona is so lovely! The hotel is gorgeous. It reminds me of a little Spanish villa. Loved the tabletennis. Beautiful swimming pool. Spotless rooms. Gorgeous views! Would definitely go back! ♡♡♡

We have just come home after 4 nights at the priory, we had a good size room , & bathroom, very clean & tidy , very friendly & welcoming atmosphere ,a short walk to the shops & beach a bonus we just loved it ,so will be staying there again in the future thankyou michelle & ady from nottingham

Even with having copd was a bit of a struggle with the hills around Newquay but I managed just got to find the right road to use

Location of this property is well central to best of town attractions. You get car parking, pool, amazing hospitality and very well services
