Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Pretty much everything.. although the rooms aren't exactly spacious they are very well equipped with clever and efficient use of the space available. Location, right next door to the station, is excellent. All the staff I interacted with with were professional and warm and the reception staff were always on hand to help.

AustraliaNo problem if you arrive by train or taxi but there is no drop off space in front of the hotel for private cars. The closest car park is St John’s but it is impossible to find the entrance without local knowledge. We parked 10 minutes away. The hotel did not provide any helpful information about this.
Very trendily renovated hotel with great views, stylish and extremely comfortable. We liked the design of the rooms and the decor. Brilliant location right in the centre of Liverpool. Staff are informal and funny.
