Our rooms 410 and 414 were on the street side Tottenham Court Road. It was very noisy, I didn’t realise the A&E hospital is around the corner at next street, Ambulance and police sirens went on until around 2am. I checked my windows were closed as the street noise was so loud and I didn’t sleep until around 3am. I mentioned at reception, but they advised they are waiting to have Triple glazing added. Do not book those rooms until triple glazing is in place as very noisy in bedrooms.

Reception staff were helpful with an early check in as I was travelling with an elderly anxious lady. We had one room each.

The room was quite noisy due to the bus stop outside, however it didn't disturb my sleep badly.

Room was very clean and comfortable, facilities were good and the amenities in the room were perfect, including providing decaf coffee and tea. Breakfast was lovely, and the ice machines on each floor were a lovely surprise.

there are play ground and basket ball ground at the back of hotel, our room is facing it. sometimes it is noisy even though during the nights.

The room was a bit tired looking and of course no view because it was in the center of town. The person who delivered room service told me the tip was not included so I double tipped.

The wifi was pretty weak on our side, we were at room 260 which is almost at the edge of the hotel. We asked reception the first night to fix it and they reset the router but that was about it, internet was really slow or only connected next to the room’s door

Air con!

A great hotel for travel into central London and quick access to Euston station. Friendly staff and good facilities. Lovely breakfast and a great room; they kindly upgraded our room. The only negative was the aircon didn’t really work ( it was a hot night). That said; I didn’t mention it as we were only staying one night. Great find: I will stay again.

Our room did the job but would definitely benefit from an update.

The best thing about the property is its location. Right by the Dominion Theatre. The next thing were the staff who were unfailingly helpful and professional. The hotel was clean and tidy.

The constant music - everywhere - even the lift. It wasn’t background ambient music - quite loud and i really don’t want it when I am eating breakfast or dinner. I thought the food was overpriced for its quality and very limited. Surf and Turf mainly. I was expecting my lobster cheese mac to be creamy and thick and full of lobster - but the sauce was runny and thin and the lobster was a few tiny tough chunks. Apart from that it was superb place to stay.

Lovely place to stay and close to the UCH where I was visiting my friend. We had a wonderful room - really sweet - in a quiet spot. Staff were all excellent, including the cleaning team.

My room was right next to the tube station the announcements were so loud it kept waking me up past midnight. Could do with some soundproofing. Also they should have shutters or sheer blinds. The windows were very exposed when needing to get changed or just to have general light in the room. Pulling the blinds down for privacy just darken the whole room and you couldn’t see out of the window. I felt the need to always keep my blinds closed as I was right across from an office where people are working and they could see directly into my room and me sitting on the bed

Only issue was the window blinds. There was a big gap in the middle and around the edges so lots of light streamed in. Receptionist didn't seem too surprised when I mentioned it at checkout .

Great room , nice size and bathroom was newly refurbished. Breakfast expensive but worth the money. Good location and nearby shops and station ideal.

We had created a problem when booking but the staff were great, sorted it all out and agreed to still allow breakfasts to be included. The breakfasts were excellent. Great location with a Tube Station next door, close to rental car pick-up points and a supermarket across the road

The Hotel bar and lounge area is quite small and not a great space for relaxing and having a coffee. The gym is a little small and limited on equipment.

The Wi Fi did not work in the room could only get access in the public areas. Very poor for a four star hotel Not sure how the room would be classed as "superior" really very basic accommodation with one small chair and a bottle of mineral water. There are better hotels for a similar price in London

See comments above re breakfast. Also the Bar charged an optional service charge but it is included as a standard which can be misleading. When I paid a bill did not have my glasses with me, saw the service queried with Manager and was told once bill is accepted you are agreeing to the charge. Additionally my colleague gave tips without knowledge of the service charge - Could be made clearer to Customers
