The rooms were rather underwhelming, especially for 5 star. Our rooms “window” was an interior window into the lobby which felt rather claustrophobic. During check in there was no question about parking and unfortunately after we paid for our parking at full price the NCP assistant told us the hotel should have given us a 50% discount. Additionally we were pushed to book breakfast the day of check in as is “more expensive” to pay on the day. That upselling alone was why we decided to go outside of the hotel for breakfast. We went opposite the hotel to a lovely spot called Ezra & Gil literally outside the entrance which was delicious and far more affordable. The spa has to be booked and only a specific time slots, we therefore decided not to use it. Pillows while there are additional in the cupboard are extremely soft, would be nice to offer an option of soft and hard pillow, something I would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Our stay was brilliant. The Hotel is Immaculate. Amazing breakfast with large selection. Fantastic staff, great service and attentiveness to guests, we feel very taken care of here. Will definitely be returning. Superior room with City view is modern & spacious. Beautiful Spa with Jacuzzi, Pool, Steam Room & Sauna. Exactly what you are looking for. Value for money 10/10. Would we recommend? 1000%

The staff at the Edwardian are excellent and really look after you. There was a queue for check in (about 10 minutes) and when we got to the desk we had to wait 10/15 minutes for our room as it wasn't quite ready (We really didn't mind!) The receptionist couldn't have been kinder and made sure we were ok throughout and had upgraded us with free breakfast and room due to our wait. You could tell it had been a busy day but they still showed kindness and professionalism. We were well looked after and they couldn't have done more for us. We would 100% recommend a stay at the Edwardian, this was our 2nd time staying and we loved it just as much if not more than the first time! Thank you very much for looking after us so well. The rooms are always spotless and have all the amenities needed, the hotel is stunning and the bar area is lovely with great drinks!

The room was smaller than I thought. Some of the facilities in the room were poor (shower awful, hairdryer poor). The sauna and steam room were not available. I was surprised it was 5 star as I was expecting additional features and quality above the 4 stars we would normally stay in.

The location was excellent for the theatres. The staff were extremely helpful and professional.
